Very clean room, nice quiet location but close to the highway and walkable to Walmart. Spacious room with decent kitchen facilities. Laundry on site.

No kitchenware. Not even a dish or knives and forks. This probably isn't a problem if you are driving there from within the US as you can bring that stuff with you but as international travellers, who packs pans and cutlery?! We bought what we needed from Walmart (and they do sell some items in reception). I have no issue with this stuff not being provided but they should make it clear in the room description. It would not stop us from staying there again as we would come prepared next time.

As a solo traveler visiting family my concerns were safety, comfort and convenience. MY PLACE HOTEL has it all. I was so comfortable.

I have 3 suggestions...please supply disposable utensils in the kitchen. There's a full kitchen and no utensils. I expected to see a Keurig coffee maker for more convenience. There was a regular coffee pot which was fine but no decaf coffee was offered in the supplies provided in the room. No one wants to get dressed first thing when they wake up and have to go downstairs for coffee. So many of us are restricted for caffeine but still enjoy our coffee. Lastly, there were no face cloths with the towels. Women use face cloths especially for removing makeup. I used the small towel supplied in the kitchen. These were things that were only inconveniences not necessarily problems. My stay was wonderful but would have been even more so if these things were supplied.

They didn't offer breakfast, but that's ok. We were just there for the night for a concert, which was awesome because it was in walking distance. My son is disabled and has a hard time walking, but it was such a short distance it worked out great. We will definitely use this hotel again. Also when we got back to the hotel after our concert we were getting ready for bed and heard some noise and yelling coming from the hallway. It kept on going so wo I opened the door to find a couple yelling at each other and getting really loud. We called the front desk and they sent security up right away. The security person told them to get in their room and start packing that she was calling the police to have them removed. A while later 3 police officers showed up and waited outside their door to escort them out. We appreciate the quick response of the staff in removing the occupants from the hotel, so that we could enjoy our stay and be safe.

I can't think of anything that was bad.

The place was clean, so it was very clean and fresh. It seemed to be well maintained. While the bathrooms are a bit small, they are the first I've ever experienced where the lighting is very good for shaving or those who put on make-up.

Hot coffee was always available, but the creamers were not always properly stocked - this is just being nit picky. Front staff would say hello when you walked through the lobby, but rarely looked up when doing so - sort of disingenuous.

Very kind and helpful staff. The hotel is very clean and nice. Perfectly located in Nampa.

The one thing I didn't like is that they only have 1 luggage cart for the whole hotel. They at least need 2 more. One of the staff members told me she's suggested many times to management that they should buy more, but she's been ignored. MANAGEMENT - Get more carts. Your hotel only has 1 and that's not enough. Especially if a selfish guest uses the one and then decides not to take it downstairs for others to use.

Online booking was limited, the employee corrected our room when we arrived. Employee recommended a restaurant for us which was delicious. I was very impressed with the room, large refrigerator, microwave, cooktop and a toaster! We did not hear other guests. There was plenty of snacks or items you may need downstairs along with coffee in the morning and creamer.

The bed was a little firm for me and I usually bring my own pillow. Pillows are better than most.

The hotel staff were really pleasant every time we interacted with them and the hotel was located perfectly for the concert we went to. Across from a Walmart for things we forgot to bring, literally across a parking lot from the concert, and within walking distance of Tin Roof tacos and had a Dutch bros a block away. It helped fit everything we missed about Boise into our less than 24 hour stay.

Nothing. It was exactly what we needed for our visit.

Very nice, clean rooms and right next to the Ford Idaho Horse Park which is why we were in town. We'd definitely stay there again.

It would've been nice if there was some kind of stocking of plates, utensils, cookware for use in the kitchen, even if were disposable, and even if you had to pay extra for it. Loved the kitchen, but it wasn't stocked with anything needed for use for it.

It was clean, I loved that there was a laundry basket in the room to use when I did my laundry! The staff was very friendly.

There's no continental breakfast, if you want a breakfast, there is an additional charge. The ice makers in the in-room fridge are slow or broken. The guy at the front desk was nice enough to go to a couple of rooms and make us ice. They do not have a big ice maker here.

Great room for a low price. No events were going on at the Idaho Center so we benefited from the bargain price. Room had complete kitchen with full size fridge. There were no dishes or pots and pans. If you came here regularly you'd handle that on their own. You could buy specific utensils in the lobby. Good wifi, good tv good desk for work or study. great room arrangement.
