Excellent location if you are going to the United Center for any event. Blue Line to downtown was fast, cheap and easy to navigate.

Staff could have been a little bit more knowledgeable on how to use public transit. We had to figure that ourselves but it wasn't hard and the mistakes we made paid off because we got to see alot more of the city. Breakfast was chaotic and no one was cleaning the tables or the areas where the food was. That was a little disappointing.

Breakfast was standard buffet fare. Nothing special but lots of it! The hotel was Cook County Hospital in a previous life. It has been wonderfully restored. The hallways are massive, spacious and airy. The location is perfect for United Centre (basketball and hockey). Access to The "L" (Chicago Transit Authority) is just across the road. $20 USD got us a 3 day pass which was the best deal in town (it's an expensive city !) The hotel was very accommodating for parking when we asked to leave our vehicles while we spent our last day in the city. Parking was very secure and accessible.

The rooms are deceptively small considering the size of the hallways. We booked for six people. We made it work (6 guys) but needed a blow up mattress to do so. We had to ask for linens and extra towels. Not sure if the number of people occupying the room is relayed to housekeeping for stocking up such things.

Quiet rooms. Daily breakfast. Rooms have a little more space than most other hotel rooms.

Since there aren’t many options for dinner within walking distance, a fuller menu at the bar in the evening would be appreciated. As my husband is having many rounds of chemo treatment at Rush and I am staying at the hotel 5 to 7 nights for each round, maybe a reduced rate for repeat customers would be appreciated. Also, after my last stay I received my check out receipt by email. I also received a check out receipt for 3 other people who I did not know. I certainly hope their bills were not added to my credit card. You need to fix your online receipt system. The refrigerator in my room, 635, did not keep anything cold.

It's a walking distance to United Center. It took me less than 20 minutes and I felt safe. The hotel staff gave excellent directions. They were also very friendly and courteous. They also have a food hall/food court near the lobby. There were 4-5 vendors, selling tacos, Indian cuisine, pizza, etc. There's also a mini-shop beside the front desk. It's where I bought my bottled water from. I also like the security. After watching a concert at the United Center, I arrived back at the hotel at past 10 pm. You can only get inside the hotel building using your room card/key. You will also use your room card/key to access the elevator. The room is very spacious and clean. The bathroom is also very spacious.

I had an early flight so I was not able to partake of the free breakfast. The website said it starts at 6 am but the staff told me that breakfast starts at 6:30 am.

The overall experience at the hotel was truly exceptional, from the beautifully appointed rooms to the comfortable sitting areas. The staff members, particularly Charminique and Celeste, were outstanding in their service. Charminique went above and beyond to assist us in finding great places to eat in the city, offering valuable insights and recommendations on local food spots. Celeste also provided exceptional assistance during our stay, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a memorable experience. Their dedication and attention to detail truly made our stay unforgettable.

I basically liked every aspect of the hotel, except the breakfast (more on that below). The staff, the clean rooms, the AWESOME rooms in terms of technology and comfort, the bathroom and the technology used inside the hotel were all top notch.

The Breakfast was the only thing that I would criticize for a 4 Star hotel. Compared to the Stage12 in Austria for example, the Hyatt breakfast was a damn travesty. They definitely need to up their breakfast game in the future.

The hotel was incredibly clean and spacious. The staff were professional and friendly. Check-in was smooth and parking was available directly outside at a decent price for the city. Breakfast was served hot and easy to find on the second floor. We utilized a ride share service while staying at the hotel and our pick-up was quick.

The location is not walkable to most things. You must utilize transportation to get to any events/restaurants. This was known beforehand though and not an issue - just worth sharing if it may be a concern.

Staff was super nice and helpful, everything was clean, organized, and the room/shower designs were very well thought out. Decor was beautiful. I was here for a medical appt, so it was great to be able to walk back and forth for that and not worry about finding parking elsewhere, etc. I'll be returning for more appts, so it was great to find this hotel, and will be staying here each time. This hotel exceeded my expectations, and for a great price.

There was not a single thing that we did not like - everything was truly great.

Breakfast was fine- decent! Location was exactly what I wanted- close to spots I wanted to visit! Hotel itself was very nice

I paid for a king room- it was great, spacious , the bed very comfortable- loved it! However the batteries were low in smoke detector so an annoying Beap happened- was late at night! I asked for another room, which they accommodated me with but 2 queen beds- not as comfortable! Just an inconvenience at end of night! They couldn’t switch out the batteries? No batteries on sight? Strange!

The nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in

The only complain I have is my key was not working for my room on the second night and they told me if they couldn’t get my door open they couldn’t do anything?! They got it open but it took around 30 minutes, I was just expecting to be told I could stay in another room or something since I had already paid the night but other than that it was nice just really weird that my key worked for the elevator and hotel door just not my room
