Conveniently located along the Green Line L Train with easy access to the city in multiple directions. Relatively quiet neighborhood with few immediate amenities, but the Fulton Market and posh West Loop are 5-10 min walk. I'm not sure what people who complained about noise are talking about, but I stayed Sun - Thurs, so... Yes, there's a 4am garbage truck and a train but welcome to city life. I am single female traveler, never felt unsafe walking by myself at night.

No bathrobes.

We stayed here from Friday - Wednesday and upon reading the reviews online about the club downstairs we were having mixed thoughts about staying here, but regardless it was fantastic. Friday and Saturday evening the club downstairs was very loud with a lot of bass but nothing we didn’t sleep through. It is the only fault, maybe you should list this on your website? Instead of trying to hide it. Very clean, easy to find in a great area. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to tubes/metro lines. Good facilities, oven if needed, spotless fridge freezer and a washer dryer which was great as we are travelling round the country so saved us going to a laundrette

Only complaint is the noise from the club downstairs but it’s nothing we couldn’t sleep through.

The space was very comfortable - slept 4 easily. I asked for more towels and sheets when I arrived and they were brought promptly. Then I found the stash already in place in the kitchen closet. I had not looked there. The rooms had everything we needed. Easy walk to United Center -we were there for concerts. Close to lots of restaurants. The street where you drop off was never busy from traffic - very safe. I even used the gym one afternoon. We paid ahead for parking 2 blocks away but there were always some free spots on the streets nearby. However our stay did not include the weekend, which we read in reviews is very busy.

The only complaint - and we didn't mind that much - the walls are thin. The apartment next door had the music cranked up high long after 10pm on a Tuesday. We think they turned it off around 2am. But we were prepared for noise. Earplugs.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised to find this lovely accommodation within walking distance of our kids apartments. We stayed here four nights and had a great time! Self check-in was super easy and secure. The room was lovely and had a complete kitchen which was great for small meals and afternoon coffee. The bed was huge and wonderfully comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Parking was difficult. We left our vehicle at our daughter’s home and walked around the Fulton Park area!

Nice place, high ceiling, everything was very clear regarding the check in, shower very clean, smells great, great utilities in the apartment, everything needed is there. Huge king size bed and big tv. It’s literally 2 minutes from the metro and it takes less than 10 minutes to be downtown. You can also leave your luggage secured in the building for Free ! Awesome value, highly recommend Value is awesome overall

Everything was super clean and modern. The bed was ridiculously comfortable and the location was amazing. So many good restaurants and bars nearby. I was a bit worried about the noise reviews but I was on the 4th floor and couldn’t hear anything. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The phone key only worked on the entrance door but not on my room. Not a massive issue but the code was quite long.

Great location. Amazing neighbourhood with lots of awesome restaurants, shops, and venues in walking distance. Easiest check-in/out I’ve ever experienced and staff can be reached through app, super communicative. Was able to store luggage for a few hours after checkout until we had to head to the airport.

Although I wasn’t bothered by the noise the first two nights from the club right below us (Friday and Saturday) was super loud for my girlfriend. We stayed on the second floor but it was definitely a small road bump in an amazing stay.

The apartment (place?) was very spacious and really beautiful. The location was great and within walking distance to lots of great things like the train, the United center, and some restaurants. It was fairly quiet and I appreciated that I could park for free on the street.

I had a little issue with the door code to get into the building but the keypad has a poor design. Otherwise no issues!

The place was a lot bigger than the pictures. Everything we need was there like laundry detergent, paper towels, dish soap. Extra covers i would recommend this place to anybody. It was very affordable and I would give it 5 stars. The bed was big enough for at least 4 people to sleep in. The sofa bed was big enough to sleep on with our havin to pull it out

I have nothing but nice things to say! It was clean, comfortable, & I was so surprised by the completely stocked kitchen! Such a great experience.

I had never stayed somewhere without a front desk so I was slightly confused by how to check in… The instructions are written very clearly in the app, though, so I really should have just paid attention and read the instructions beforehand haha
