The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. The staff members were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast room was comfortable with lots of space for diners. Even with some of the small concerns I had, I'd probably stay here again as it may be one of the best options in the area.

The room was comfortable except for the air conditioning system. It was across from the bed and the air from the vent was too cold and hard to adjust. I would have liked more sugar-free options for the breakfast - regular (rather than sweetened Cheerios for example). I would have liked yogurt as an option. You would need a car to get to this location and there are no restaurants within walking distance. The cost seems expensive.

Girls wanted to use the pool was small due to crowd for event and the chemicals were irritating our eyes and no towels were being restocked we had to go ask for them

The cleaning people started cleaning my room at 9 before it was even time to check out I had went for breakfast and came back to my room and they was cleaning it. I went to the front desk and let the staff know but they didn’t even care.

Breakfast eggs were not up to quality. Breakfast could have been better. My normal stay usually included a Breakfast that I expected but the quality of the Breakfast was below par. Ex. Eggs and fruit.

It was very nice, clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast bar was very good, with a variety of choices.

There was a mixup regarding the availability of a tub bench in our handicapped access room. The matter was resolved and I suggested some sort of signage and staff training.

The hotel was clean airy and quiet. We liked the swimming pool and the fact that there was green spaces around. The staff were very helpful and there was a good breakfast, albeit very processed.

It was a shame that all the breakfast was served on disposable plates and cutlery which did not seem very environmental. There was no room service (bed making etc) the stay but think this was due to Covid?

Breakfast was typical for this level of hotel, which means it's not very good, but at least there's something to eat, so you won't leave hungry. Pool looked good, but we didn't bring swimsuits. Bottles of water at check-in were very nice. I needed to go to NIU in the evening, and the hotel is very close.

Everything was good. Clean, quiet, adequate breakfast. No complaints.

The Hampton Inn Hotel was very easy to find in Dekalb. The hotel was very clean and decorated very nice and It was quit with very comfortable beds. The pool area was warm and inviting. I would definitely stay there again

There was truly nothing I didn't like or cared for.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on cement. I stop at this hotel often and I don’t recall ever having a bad night sleep. I don’t know if they put in anew mattress Or, if this one is ready for a change. But everything else was wonderful.

The complimentary breakfast was hot and a had a nice variety of things. The staff was friendly and helpful.

A larger cup for coffee would have been great. At least 12 ounces.
