I love everything from the Happy hour to the breakfast. Evening the check out process was easy.

I stayed on the second floor and woke up to brown stuff on the floor. From the sink in the front room. I addressed the issue with them at the front desk. I was checking out so they waited for us to check out and fix the problem. They are aware of this issue and I think this should be fixed before someone else stays in the room I stayed in. But from my understanding it's only the second floor that has this problem. I didn't get I'm sorry this happened or anything. I love this hotel so please have that issue fixed.

it was a very long time since I stay in embassy suites, the breakfast was very good , great selection buffet style the rooms were very clean , spacious and also the room we stay in had a dinner area The staff was very friendly and professional, the only negative was we didn't get to use the pool the night of our stay since it look like that day someone had the whole family family stay there lol but overall great stay and will definitely be back when I travel back in the area

the cost was a little bit on the high end for one night but then again we stay on a weekend so cant we really complain about that

I like coming here at times but this times wasn't a great visit.

I called downstairs to tell them that dirty towels, blankets and sheets were left in the closet and I was told to call housekeeping they Said they would send somebody nobody and never came. That morning some kids pulled the fire alarm and it took almost 30 minutes to turn off. I feel that u should also be an adult swim from 11:30pm to 1:30am we don't want to swim with kids..just a congestion just think about it please.

During my recent stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton, I was disappointed with the unfriendly and somewhat rude attitude of the reception staff. Additionally, I noticed that goody bags were given to other guests at check-in, but I was neither offered one nor informed about it. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

Came for my son's 16th birthday, very careful about where we stay he has autism and he loves space the staff made sure we were in high room so he can use his telescope to watch the planet's and stars...I was comfortable with him moving around hotel without him knowing I'm watching from balcony it's also very family friendly this was my second time in one month and we we definitely be back a lot in summer he also loves water.....Thanks Carrie ❤️

No complaints

Location was good. Room size was very good with a reception and a bedroom.

My room, 422, had a terribly noisy motor under that side of the hotel. Make sure you don't stay in this side. Internet inside the bedroom was almost non existent. You had to be outside in the living area to get internet. TV was not a smart TV. So I couldn't mirror Netflix nor Amazon prime. And the channels on the tv weren't good.

The lobby and rooms were very clean. Staff was very nice.

The pool was dirty and cloudy, the hot tub by the pool was not hot at all. But there were a lot of kids that weekend. There were a lot of kids running around the halls and shouting from the upper floors to the lobby area. A lot of kids unattended. Not the fault of the embassy suites staff.

The excellent customer service I received from Ms. Delisha and Mr. Mo was amazing. They make you feel so valued as a customer. They are so friendly, patient and personable.

The breakfast is always delicious . I love the ambience of the hotel . Rooms always clean . This is our home away from home . 😊

The security I felt safe there

The pool could’ve been cleaner for breakfast. I feel like they should’ve had sausage and bacon. The bad could’ve been softer and more pillows. The pillows were pretty thin other than that, it was a pretty good stay

The entire aesthetics of the hotel. The excellent customer service received from the time you walk into the facility until you leave. The hospitality is amazing! The entire staff , managers and all are so friendly and courteous.

Need more promotion for frequent quests.
