The bed was very comfortable. I was traveling to visit family and the room had everything I needed. There was a really nice courtyard in back. It was rainy so I didn't get a chance to try it out. No matter when I took a shower, I always had hot water. Whenever I called the staff, they were extremely friendly and helpful.

They list breakfast included. There is a nice area with the ability to make coffee and tea. A small fridge with yogurts. The other food options were limited to a couple apples, a few breakfast bars and a very small pastry item.

This is an old historic hotel with the feel of small-town Illinois Lincoln country. The facilities are modern and the room we stayed in was spacious with a lovely view of the main street and the historic courthouse. The beds were large and comfortable. The room had a kitchenette that allowed us to fix food for ourselves in it.

The breakfast is just a small bar behind the check-in counter with a few granola bars, fruits, pastries, and a Keurig coffeemaker. On the plus side, the breakfast bar was available in the evening when we arrived and the morning when we departed.

We did not stay for the breakfast, however, the room was accommodating, with a seating area and dining space. Restaurants were within walking distance and were reasonably priced. Parking was right in front of the building, and it is situated right across from the courthouse.

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like. It's a small town, but was perfect for a weekend get away.

I have stayed here several times when in town, and I highly recommend! I can’t say enough good things about this place! As a solo traveler I feel totally safe!!! location, cleanliness, and the lady that is usually there (Brandy) is totally helpful and so friendly I will never stay anywhere else when in Pittsfield 💯

Very clean and great location.

Had to walk up a flight of stairs. That was ok for me but husband had a hip replacement so it was slow going for him. The breakfast was cereal and granola bars. Would have loved a hot breakfast but it is a small hotel so that probably wasn't feasible.

Such great history!! Owner was so sweet and let us peek around the room Lincoln stayed in. Steps to restaurants, an awesome coffee shop and an ice cream stand, which was great for our family! We loved our stay at William Watson!

Love the historic ambience & the restoration. Great restaurants and coffee house to walk to. Good value.

We couldn't figure out how to access local TV channels. Not sure how the heat worked. We brought in our little electric heater that we travel with.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and I will always stay there when I am traveling that area! I love the atmosphere, customer service is the best!! The location is so close to everything you need, and I love how I feel safe there traveling alone. I would highly recommend this place 😊

Beautiful property in center of Pittsfield. Rooms are very nice and decorated very thoughtfully.

the TV was very difficult to figure out, but once you figured that out, it was just fine.

The property was historical in design, decor & with vinyl records & player, books games , etc. It was unique, fun & exactly what I needed!;) The Staff were Friendly and Helpful!;)
