Location

Was not able to get the Culver-Stockton reunion weekend reduced room rate because I booked via Booking. Front desk person said because of that they could not do any discounts. It was a big difference in price. Not happy. Also, hallway carpet on 3rd floor looks terrible. Breakfast was the usual stuff offered. Beds were comfy. We left the bathroom fan on all night to drown out any hallway noise. Room door didn’t fit real great so between hallway lighting shining through and people returning late to rooms the fan noise helped.

My check in was quick and easy. Very friendly. When I checked out, the manager Matt was superb! I was not sure if I was a choice member, so he took the time and looked me up from a different address as well as an old phone number to see if he could find me. I ended up not being a member so he was quick to sign me up. the phone rang and he politely told the caller he would be with them shortly. I feel he gave me full attention and finished up getting me signed up. Choice has a great manager there. Friendly and so very polite and helpful.

Accessibility in and out of the hotel. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and professional. It was a quiet hotel which I liked very much. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good.

Only that the coffee was closer to the dining facility.

Sunday morning breakfast. Staff looked like she just got out of bed. She disappeared and didn’t refill hot items. Other staff f stepped up to get the breakfast running again. Limited hot item selection. I stay at this hotel frequently and was disappointed for the first time with breakfast.

The room was very clean. The Staff Brittany Matt and Jessie were very nice. Breakfast was excellent and hot. We'll definitely book again.

The power went out, but the staff was still professional.

Hotel management obtained a shower seat for disabled guest. Different style of eggs each day. Sausage gravy and biscuits each day was very good.

Loud a/c in room 101, it kept waking us when it came on.

The staff were very professional. I want to thank Rachel for contacting me regarding irems left and that she was willing to ship them to me. Breakfast was nice.

Needed a grab bar in the shower. The shower head was on the same side as the entrance to the shower (left side). Would have been best to place the shower head on the right side.

Clean enough. Good breakfast.

No pool (they know they won't have the parts until next year!!) The front desk lady did not mention that when we checked in. The hallways smelled like weed.

Comfortable beds and pillows, large bathroom, great fridge kept things very cold. Coffee is kept fresh 24 hours

Hot items at breakfast were gone by the time I got to breakfast at 7am.

Location! Lobby was modern but comfortable furnishings and clean! Staff was very helpful.

The pool and hot tub was under construction and not available, however, the neighbor hotel, within walking distance was available.
