Loved the room, minus the misunderstanding of room wall decor, had double queen, it was like a mini apartment, great when traveling with kids

The rooms don't have microwave, very useful when having children and not going to the first floor in the extended breakfast room, we also disliked the coffee pots, miss being able to bring my own filter and coffee grounds, now these simple flavorless packet don't do the job, a simple small coffee pot and a small microwave would have been awesome oh and also someone to check the pool more often, lots of paint flakes floating near the edges, kids inhale the water while swimming and playing.

The room was clean and well-outfitted, including a separate counter with a good coffee-maker, sink and a fridge underneath. There was also a large couch, so quite a spacious room.

They didn't refresh the supply for the coffee, so had to ask twice. The highway is loud on the north side, but I moved to the south side, which was then fine. There was also a large number of rowdy girls attending a cheerleader competition. Had to change rooms another time because of the noise.

Breakfast time should be extended a little bit longer other than that the breakfast was great

How we booked a total of 6 rooms & we were all spread out. But the staffing was nice enough to change us with no issue. A credit card authorization form had to be filled out since the booking was under our business name. But we didn’t know about it. Should be highlighted or made bold when booking.

The staff! Also very clean. The staff served breakfast, they had a bar and food service. The staff were all super friendly, you could tell they enjoyed working here. The front desk remembered our sons birthday and gifted him a cookie. Great service and great room set up. Very close to activities. We will be back!

Only complaint is no microwave in room and phone to call front desk didnt work.

Breakfast was good, front desk was accommodating. Location was PERFECT!

Pool was closed, apparently have been waiting two weeks for State to come and inspect the repairs so they could reopen. Our room AC never got super cold, we lost power for an hour one morning, and our water pressure was terrible after that.

Great location near Woodfield Mall. Good breakfast with waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage. Nice, small lobby and overflow breakfast space.

Soap dispenser empty. Had to ask several times to be refilled. Cramped shower/toilet space. Bugs in the room. Expensive. Expected more from a Hyatt branded hotel.

Customer service was top notch, very helpful and kind. Always welcoming and accommodating. The hotel was comfortable and clean. Best front desk staff I have ever experienced in all of my travels. Thank you

Better plates for the breakfast. Styrofoam is not good for the environment. Paper plates would have been a better option.

Love the breakfast! So clean and lots of options, way better than most. Beds were great, showers and bathroom cleaned well, lots of room in a king bed for two adults and two under two. Check in was easy. People at from were nice from front desk to room service.

Wish there was a mini microwave, some type of all day juice or water option non paid. Pool was just a tad dirty, there was a towel in the pool when we walked in.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was big. Breakfast was good. There is a small desk and wet bar across from the couch in the living area. The TV swivels and can be viewed from the living area or bedroom area.

Bathroom was too small for my liking. I wish there were separate televisions for the living area and bedroom area.

I stayed for 5 nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is cozy and feels like home. The breakfast was fabulous and just perfect. Highly recommend!

The only thing I didn't like is that you have to request housekeeping daily; it wont be done without a daily request.
