Location was perfect. I couldn't accommodate my two friends at my home so I reserved accommodations at this hotel which was about 5 minutes from my home. They were very pleased. I picked them up every morning...and dropped them off at night. They said the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Location was outstanding, centrally located to major transportation routes such as I-88, I-355, US-83, Cermak Rd and Wolf Rd. Hotel is very close to Oak Brook are with many restaurants and shopping choices. The room and common areas were clean and well maintained. On-site parking was convenient. We did not take advantage of the complimentary breakfast but we appreciated the complimentary coffee each morning.

Some guests may like it but we did not care for the scented air being pumped into the lobby.

Location - My son lives in the area so it close to his home.

I feel the cost of a room is too high. The hotel needs to be remodeled. Plus when you stay multiple nights and you do not request house keeping everyday, you do not receive a cost reduction for those additional days.

We did not eat breakfast. Not sure if it was extra. Stayed overnight to be close to Loyola Hospital the next morning for surgery. We were told that we would be given a better rate but have not checked that yet.

Not sure if there was a continental breakfast available. We needed to leave to get to check into Loyola.

There was no breakfast included, but there was breakfast available in the main lobby/bar area that was great and not too expensive. Our room was very comfortable. The location was nice, in a business park area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very professional but also very friendly.

The room was spotless! I travel alot across the US it was so nice to sleep in bedding that actually smelled like it had been just washed. Rooms were quiet. The staff was super helpful, friendly and attentive. Location was 15 miles from Fifth Third Arena. The price was fantastic. Will keep this in our hockey book !

Amazing hotel! It is very clean, the room is very functional and comfortable, the staff is very friendly, and the location is very safe, with good parking.

The beds were great. I slept so hard I didn't know where I was when I woke up! Suroundung rooms were completely quiet on a Saturday night (I did ask for a quiet room). Good place for us to stay to see our son who is nearby.

Rooms are small and there are no fans in the batbrooms. Running the tub or playing music helps drowned out whomever is in the bathroom. Overall it was a great stay!

Clean room & kind staff

There was no where to get food near by. I had a hot pocket, soda, and a bag of chips that cost me over $15 bucks at the front desk. The price was really expensive. There was no microwave in the room. I'm a truck driver and my truck was being repaired 2.5 miles away from this hotel. There was no breakfast available. The staff told me the kitchen had been closed over a year.

Staff was amazing. We were able to sit in the lobby and socialize with our friends. Great experience.
