Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Family of 4, had plenty of room compared to a standard room. Kids slept on the fold out couch, no complaints. Breakfast was above average, and well stocked. Plenty of seating too. Easy drive into the city.

Didnt like that there was no secure entrance to the building. Our room was on the first floor, and the front doors to the hotel had no key card requirement that we saw. Even though this hotel isnt in an area with foot traffic, it would be nice to know people couldnt enter off the street in the middle of the night. Coffee wasnt the best. Thats it.

Breakfast times were busy and the refill rate inadequate. Most of the food was over before official end of breakfast time. Staff was overwhelmed during breakfast. Also, the complimentary coffee in the lobby often emptied by early afternoon and was refilled sporadically.

The hotel owner may add a coffee corner with an espresso machine where guest may have coffee on their choice. Cappuccono,hot Chocolate, latte, etc. It can be an automatic vending espresso machine.

Pet friendly: I stayed there with my little dog and it was extremely pet friendly. the staff gave me the room at the ground floor which had a great access to pet relief area. Although I always carry poop bags, I was happy to see that they also had a place for that, in case someone forgets. The hotel room was very quiet, so my dog didn’t feel triggered by any noises and we both could sleep great. Comfort: I also liked the mattress and the pillows. Also, the kitchen was nicely equipped and I got a list of restaurants that do home delivery in the area. I could leave a comment while ordering to drop the food at my room door, which was really convenient. Staff: The staff was really friendly and helpful. They helped me out in everything that I needed and were great people to talk to.

Breakfast: The breakfast was too basic and tasteless and the coffee was really bad. I ordered my own coffee and breakfast almost every morning, but it’s fine when you just want to grab some oats and an apple.

I loved the Location, Room was nice and clean, breakfast nice and different every day and a lilltle on the healthy side.

Room was a nice 1 bedroom like apartment. Walls were thin. As a parent I enjoyed that they basically have a built in changing table the way the built in is all we had to do was put our changing table on top. Breakfast was good.

Pool didn't have a bathroom attached. No high chair at the breakfast so that was a struggle with our infant. Nothing major.

The Breakfast could have been attended to more as there was nothing left by the time we got down there which was about 7:30am. There wasn't even any coffee left. I wanted to let the employees know at the desk but they were busy and did not want to be a pain. Had to go to Starbucks at the mall and I don't even like going to Starbucks. I thought the room and location was ideal for my needs as we were visiting our son.

The breakfast could have been attended to more.

We came solely to use the pool! My grandkids love to swim so I figured a Pres Weekend mini vacay would give them -us all - a time to relax and enjoy the pool. The staff was great to have our room ready at 3pm. Our check in experience great - Catherine was very helpful. It was our bad choice to select a hotel without a restaurant, but we enjoyed the Cheesecake Factory for dinner. I live in Evanston, so very familiar with mall. My daughter and grands (5 & 8) shared the bed, and Granma, me, chose the sofa bed. It was a disaster. My daughter helped me put it away and I snoozed on the couch. Well, snoozed is not accurate; I did not sleep a wink. We did not need the Residence amenities, and that was our bad. We won’t be back because what we need is two double beds and a restaurant plus the pool. Your staff was great and if I needed a place to live, your hotel would be great. The breakfast was sub par. Cold breakfast sandwiches did not live up to your PR as “breakfast provided.” I’m glad we brought milk and cereal for the kiddos. Now, the pool. The room was dark and gloomy. The water was really uncomfortably cold. Just sayin’.

Love the area. The staff was great very friendly very helpful. The breakfast was much better this time. I love the full kitchen we take advantage of that makes our stay more homey with the opportunity to order out if we like. We had 3 rooms and 9 people including an infant. The staff was very accommodating. We had a last min change of rooms and they still made sure our rooms were close together. They also had an infant bed .

Covid restrictions which I know are out of the hotels hands. The website said the pool was closed but it was actually open. Roll out bed could be a little thicker. You can feel the metal through the sheets. Wish there was a oven in the room. I bought stuff to make breakfast biscuts but had to change plans. We made it work though.

Mattress was a little soft for me! Need to be replaced, but besides that we loved the property!!
