My other room Lack of handicap service. The room was too far from exit Couldn't take a shower because of the height of the tub. Which they forgot to clean No walk-in showers in the double bed room The toilet bowl was way too low The room should have been checked. Heater/air conditioner didn't work Bug crawling up the wall

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was roomy. The room included a small refrigerator and a microwave. The room was well decorated. The complimentary breakfast had a number of nice options.

The tables in the breakfast area were sticky. I was the second person at breakfast so it was obvious to me that this stickiness was leftover from the previous day.

Staff was courteous and kind. My room was perfect, it was exactly what I needed, and for an affordable price. There were only minor issues with cleanliness and those were easily fixed by the staff. The location was great too, right by the freeway- my GPS got a little confused by the driveway leading into it but the place itself was nice.

I do wish there had been a new bottle of shampoo instead of the half empty bottle of lotion that was waiting for me with a single hair inside. That was gross. But also very easy to fix, just got my toiletries replaced and it was like it never even happened. The staff was helpful and corrected the mistake right away. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a cost effective, clean and dignified place to stay.

Never did their breakfast. Room was great, not necessarily easy access off the freeway at night. Only complaint was really noisy hallways a couple times and early morning someone upstairs playing loud TV news and walking w very heavy feet. Also never figured out their tv programming. THAT was annoying, but w their wifi and my laptop I got through it. The staff was all great.

Room and bed. Friendly staff on front desk at check in. Neat and tidy appearance facilities. Helpful.

Ice machine not working. Bed linens need updating. Very disappointed with breakfast. Not much there. No peanut butter, green bananas, only white choices for bread. Poor choices for cereals. Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6am. Not ready till about 6:25 am. Not your most personable breakfast attendant. Although somewhat helpful.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. I also appreciate the variety at the breakfast bar.

I encountered a rude staff member a couple times although I enjoy the hotel for its cleanliness, amenities and location I found that my most recent stay have been pleasant and have not encountered a rude staff member and I’ve come 2 more times since the encounter.

Was very clean and comfortable! Even though our reservation was cancelled, we found out we weren’t charged because they did give us our room at the same price!

Because we were traveling late and had to go through many construction zones on our trip, we got in later! Our reservation was cancelled even though I’d guaranteed with a credit card! Also, they advertised breakfast included until 9:00 AM. I went down to get breakfast and there was nothing hot, no eggs or meat, etc. They had all cold stuff except for coffee! There was some bread for toast, but no butter only cream cheese!

Breakfast was good, would be better if some kind of meat or better protein was offered. Waffles were great.

THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD. OUR BED WERE VERY COMFORTABLE AND PILLOWS WERE NICE. THE ROOM WAS NICE VERY HAPPY WITH THE BIG BATHROOM.

The hotel and room were clean. The breakfast was great. Everyone I came in contact with were very nice and friendly.

I cannot think of anything I did not like.
