It was very clean! We stayed for 2 nights and had no issues whatsoever! Check in and check out was very easy! They have everything you need and more!! The desk clerks were very nice and helpful for us too. We will definitely be coming back. We were very pleased!!

We love everything however, the hot tub wasn’t so hot but that didn’t make us want to leave!! We still relaxed and hung out for a bit!

I liked the staff, they were fantastic. They had issues with their pool, but it was finally opened when we checked in. Plus, if you needed a snack or something, they had a little pantry, and all the items were fairly priced. Also, they had items you could check out, like games and books. Other items were kitchen appliances (since it is an extended stay hotel) it felt like they thought of everything .

Their pool was extremely cold. I don't know if it was the fact they just got it back up and running, but I could only swim for a few minutes.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were able to adjust the room temperature to our comfort level.

When we got to our, the TV Didn’t work. The coffee maker and the ice machine did not function at all. After contacting the front desk twice, the TV was functioning. There was no breakfast served at this facility, which was Extremely disappointing. disappointing.

Melody and Celeste and another young lady at the front desk were great. The other managers were good too. It was a quiet hotel. It is a convenient location. Management was pleasant. It's a safe area near several places to eat. The stay was ok even with the issues.

There was a weird bug in the bed with me the first night. Next morning there was a roach crawling across my arm in the bed. I was transferred to another room where I ran into two other issues. First I had no idea of how to turn the heat on. The thermostat was on the wall, with a low battery. Then the TV was on HDMI and in Spanish. I could not change it. I had to call the front desk, Melody. I asked her to bring a regular remote control to me. She brought it to me and we were able to change back to TV and English. Even as nice as the staff were it's not likely that I'll stay there again. The bed was uncomfortable. It sank in the middle.

The staff was very friendly. They were very sorry that booking.com let me book a bigger room when they had only the small studio unit available.

Jacuzzi wasn't working and pool didn't look as nice as the photos on booking.com. I'm very upset with booking.com. I feel robbed because I overpaid for a room that I did not get.

Room was nice. Full refrigerator, stove, dishes, silverware, etc. Would be a nice place for extended stays.

Everything was great except for the fire department having to cut the power to the floor for a while in the morning to get to someone that had been stuck on the elevator. My room was right by the elevator so I could watch and hear everything from my room.

Location to event and family

Ada room was not provided as requested on reservations. Provided once we saw room the lacked any assistance rails at all for tub and even towel rack off the wall which I assumed someone tried to grab on to for slipper tub . That room seemed a little worn and not as clean as my ada room with grab bars in and by the tub and commode .

The staff was super friendly. They greeted my daughter and I with a smile and a warm welcome. I was very impressed with the staff and the overall friendliness of everyone that we encountered.

There were only two bathing towels and they were rather small.

Beds are amazingly comfy and cozy. Everything so clean and housekeepers are helpful and friendly , they work very hard. kitchen has everything you possibly would need. Mini-store came in handy. Best place to stay next to home!

front desk workers need to greet guests friendly and professional. outdoor needs cleaner parking lot and pretty landscaping.

They had stove burners and a dishwasher in the room.

One my stay. The hotel was repainting their walls. Somehow it triggered the fire alarm at least 5 times. Other than that it's worth staying at.
