location comfort space in the room available breakfast

abrupt incline/decline to enter lot. dragged the bottom of my car several times. dark hallways only ice machine on first floor elevator tucked in a dark nook of the hallway some of the food was cold during breakfast. and could stand to have written instructions for waffle maker.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were there with our school band and the kids had late night competition and may have needed to get out earlier than the breakfast hours. The staff offered to have something available to them earlier if needed. That was super nice!! They also were awesome letting kiddos back into their rooms when they locked themselves out.

All was good.

THE BREAKFAST!!! We are a pretty large family of six. An 8 Year old, 7 year old, 5 year old, and a 3 week old. There was something for everyone and plenty to eat. Of course, the formula for the baby was provided by us. Great job guys!!!

A little bit more pricey than I would have liked.

There is a very good breakfast selection. From dry cereal to waffles and most everything in between. The room was clean, and pleasant. Very good!

It was a bit pricey for the age of the hotel. We were on our way back from Columbia SC. The hotel rooms we stayed at in Louisville KY on the way down, and in Columbia, were all similar in size at half the price. The Indianapolis hotel did have better bedding than the Louisville hotel. The Columbia hotel had similar bedding to Indianapolis. I think if the price could have been around $150 including tax instead of $200 and I would have rated the price question and the room size question much differently. It is a nice hotel and I would recommend it to anyone.

Your pictures were not correct. The room I booked was no longer available, due to some remodeling. The front desk person told us they sent information to booking.com to update, and it was not updated.

Nice lobby, clean, comfortable, plenty of nice towels, and great ac.

The second night of our stay there was a bachelorette party with loud music and loud talking and doors slamming from 10 pm to 3 am

I had a minor issue happen when I got to my room. I let the gentleman at the desk know and he took care of it, no problem.

There was a cheezit under the TV stand that wasn’t from us. I only noticed because I dropped something and had to get level with the floor to figure out where it went.

I love their breakfast and the location of the hotel. it was close to a lot of restaurants.

it wasn’t the property but some of the guest staying were so loud past bedtime (we slept around 9 with kids) and the guest were loud till 11.

Convenient to the events we were attending. Breakfast was good. Room seemed clean. Bed was comfortable.

Elevator wasn't clean. Price seemed high for just okay hotel. Called hotel when I got home and the front desk never returned to phone after being placed on hold. Tried several times and never got to talk with a staff person. Frustrating.

Allowed us to check in a little early so we'd have some time to relax before heading out to the race track during Indiana sprint week. We were very appreciative.
