The staff was Beyond Amazing! They were so friendly and gave us recommendations for Restaurants. Nice room, nice lobby, good breakfast, the normal biscuits and gravy, eggs etc. Easy in and out, handicap accessible, close to many restaurants and stores. Plenty of parking.

Not much, looked like they were under construction in certain areas but it didn't affect our stay. The bathroom door and faucet were a little odd but nothing worth complaining about. Would definitely go back.

Price was a little higher than hotels near there....not sure it was worth being higher.....charged more for king beds so settled with queens which were smaller than normal....bed wasn't as comfortable as hotels we had stayed previous to getting there....not horrible...just noticed by my husband

The hotel was nicely updated and had a wonderful dining breakfast area that you could just sit and enjoy. The staff went above and beyond when we had a problem and were so courteous. We also were there for the eclipse and they had a basket of glasses available. We just went outside and laid on the grass enjoying the event.

I couldn't find any issues at all.

The breakfast was good plenty of room for everyone to sit. Had a homey atmosphere.

Our room was right next to the Elevator and near the swimming pool. There was a sports tournament that weekend and all we heard was the elevator going up and down, kids going to the pool and running around the lobby. I'm sure if it was any other weekend it would have been a nice stay.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast area was cute but we didn't try it. It did smell good. Staff was friendly. Location is good.

We ended up with a room with an ADA tub. When we got to the room there was noticeable hair on the handheld shower head.

The breakfast was outstanding and the lady that managed it took great pride in her work.

Only item. My wife is very sick with a cancer and we asked for a handicap shower and the desk clerk assured us all of the showers were walk-ins, however that is not true as we had a tub with a shower. Now it is true she had to walk into the tub with a shower, but that is not a walk-in.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations, so many options it was excellent! Bed was so comfy, everything was clean, I really liked the Welcome Diane on the TV, nice added touch! Staff were friendly and helpful!

My room was immaculately clean. Nice amenities in the room and very good lighting. Loved having a nightlight in the bathroom. I might have located the grab bar closer to the front of the shower. Very well-lite parking lot.

The grab bar in the shower was in the middle and hard to reach for shorter people. I was not overwhelmed by the breakfast, but the fruit options were great.

The facilities, location, friendly staff, etc. Swimming pool was awesome. Breakfast was also quite good, lots of fruits, juice and eggs. Plan to visit stay there in the future.
