The first morning we went to eat there was one muffin, the other hot plate items were gone except the eggs. No one was there to refill anything. I finally asked the desk employee and he came and warmed up some sausage. The other days were acceptable, however, there was only one day that someone came to check on food that needed to be refilled and wipe tables. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant.

The location was excellent for us seeing we were going to see a live show. Having a cooler and microwave was a bonus. The breakfast was good other than the sausage links could have cooked a little longer. The carpet could be updated. The bathroom floor my shoes sounded sticky when walking on it. The window latched is broken but the window itself worked fine. The staff worked with me every time. Sorry I put them both together likes and dislikes

Perfect stay for the concert at the Blue gate, they literally share a parking lot! And the breakfast was good! Plenty of options. I’d just add to that, my husband is diabetic and there really isn’t any diabetic friendly options. But we made do and enjoyed what we had! Also located close to all the stuff that we just walked to

The pillow situation isn’t good!!! That is the only negative

Simple cheese omelets, biscuits & gravy, oatmeal, waffles, coffee, juice. Pretty normal for this type of motel. There was plenty of food available. Single queen room also had a recliner. We love that this motel is right next door to the Blue Gate PAC and one can easily walk there. We frequently stay here when seeing shows at the PAC.

The location is excellent. The breakfast is adequate. The room was spacious and furnished adequately. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The ac/heater was very quiet.

The toilet was very low. I have difficulty with stairs and will request a main floor room next time. The gentleman helped with my luggage.

Breakfast needs to be updated. Maybe hot eggs, not lukewarm with cold cheese. Gravy was a little runny.

Need to improve breakfast. Also, when I request a ground floor room., which I did receive an e-mail saying my request was accepted, I shouldn't have to challenge the desk person when he tried to put me upstairs. Overall, not as good of service as I had previously experienced. I know there's inflation, but you charge too much, especially for off season.

Our assigned room was SPOTLESS! Also, everything was working properly and they had energy saving lights and switches thru out the room. I looked at the the carpeting and it seemed clean and there were no smells anywhere. The quality of the bedding was good and the towels smelled like bleach (I like that).

The bed seemed a bit narrow for us. Also, the heater woke me up as it cycled on and off but it actually kept the room just right temperature…….just a bit noisy.

Great location and value. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean but could use a little updating. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were quiet. Free breakfast was good with nice selections. Overall a great stay!

It was in walking distance to the theatre we attended.

There were holes in the wall from a broken recliner in the room. the bathroom door looked like someone had punched it. My husband went to take the iron down to use and the entire unit that was holding the iron and ironing board came off of the wall causing the iron to come flying out and almost hit my head. it looked like it had come off the wall prior and had never been repaired.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a refrigerator, microwave and safe in the room, along with an overstuffed lounge chair. We expected a continental breakfast but got a hot breakfast bar.

There were no negative things about this motel.
