Really nice staff, especially at check in. Liked the park inside garage. The grounds were clean. Air worked well, Nice bathroom. Most reasonable nightly rate available at any decent property in Council Bluffs Iowa.

It is okay as a Hotel, But aside from the Casino it had nothing to even close to being a resort. No pool, Sauna, Hot tub. No gift shop. Only one restaurant open seven days a week, and it is way to expensive for the normal traveler. A steak house open limited days and hours....also very pricey.....It is like a Resort that isn't one.

It's usually very quiet. The rooms are a bit dated but very well maintained and clean. Always has hot water.

My only issue is the locations kind of in the middle of nowhere technically speaking. But they do have a walking trail that goes to downtown Omaha if you're down for that... Also the food choices are either extremely expensive or just overrated "Guy fieri's".

Unfortunately there is no free breakfast but the cafe is part of the Guy Fieri chain and very good. I stay because of the casino, Also unfortunately, they also took all my money!

I can't think of anything much that was negative. It was pretty much perfect. Except that the room I paid $100 for on the first leg of my trip was $400 on my return so I had to stay somewhere else.

I slept amazing, for starters, very comfortable, and the hot wings were AMAZING!!! Thank you, Hannah May!!! My luck, on the other hand, was less than desired, but I had as much diet dew as I could drink. The experiences were all very positive.

I enjoyed myself and felt good vibes thru my walk around the casino. There are lots of interesting faces to see. My "luck" is the only thing I didn't like.

Good location. Many things to see in the area. Clean rooms. Great restaurant (Guy Fieri's) inside. Friendly staff. Liked being able to sit at tables in the bar area.

Could update some of worn seating in gambling area.

The Guy's restaurant in the hotel was awesome loved my food and the pricing was reasonable.

Wish they would have had valet parking it was very cold outside and snowing when we left. I still haven't received an emailed copy of my final bill.

The location was in a good spot for the distance traveled to places needed to drive to and back. The good was good.

I think they need ramps over vs steps in front of building to make it easier for some people if not dropped off at front door it is a long way to front door to walk but ok.

No where to eat, no choices. Guys and that’s it. It even a snack deli 24 hours.🙁 It was expensive, but we had a funeral to attend so it was convenient

super comfortable bed, nice people, clean

No good wine selection to buy by the glass, even in the 360 Steakhouse. We had to pay for drinks even while putting money in video poker machines and playing them. I’ve never had to do that before at other casinos. We were only drinking mimosas made with a cheap sparkling, and Budweiser.

Breakfast at diner was very delicious. But food could have been hotter.

Was looking for a snack machine during the night. Would appreciate bottled water in room.
