This hotel is great! First impression, the lobby is updated, very clean, with very kind and helpful staff. The rooms are also very nice and roomy! We had been traveling for a couple of days and this hotel was just perfect to relax and lay back for a night. Breakfast was good as well. The eggs aren’t the greatest, but it’s also hotel breakfast, and they had enough selection to where that didn’t matter as much. The breakfast area was nicely kept and clean. Though we didn’t bring swimsuits, the pool area is very nice. If you have kids it would be perfect for them!

My only complaint is that the conditioner in the bathroom was out, as a woman with long thick hair that was a bummer. But I was able to get just enough out. Other than that, no complaints!

Great location looked clean would like to have used the pool but it was way too busy. I thought the bed and room decor/ layout was very comfortable & simple.

Trash in the parking lot, employee sitting at the front door when I arrived. The Gentleman didn't even offer to hold the door or acknowledge me..likely on break. Front desk ladies were not helpful with my request for early check in or call me as promised when my room was ready. The new gal at the front desk late in the afternoon was bossy and talked too fast to understand anything she said.

Wyndham was experiencing problems with their keypads and unfortunately, I was the first guest with the issue. I had prepaid for the room and after they realized it was a hotel problem and not a guest problem, things went smoothly. Steph and the other employee (can't remember her name) were so nice and handled things promptly.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Good location. Good breakfast. Great price! Nice pool/hot tub area and adequate exercise area. Close to restaurants, shopping, and short drive to historical and downtown area.

Coffee was not good--very weak! Indoor pool was pretty and inviting, but too cold to use. Breakfast area was closed except for breakfast. (We sometimes like to utilize a table for a game of cards in the evening.)

The staff was amazing, especially Debra!! She checked me in and was so welcoming. Everytime she saw us she asked if everything was going good and if she could help with anything. The coffee was great while we watched the kids in the pool. We did get in the hot tub and it felt so great. The kids loved the extras in the pool! The breakfast was perfect, good variety!

The heat wasn't on in the room and it took most of the night to get it up to 70 and the breakfast was OK and eatable could have been beter

did not have curb appeal, could not bring a drink to the pool. Part of a vacation is sitting by the pool sipping on a drink

Clean and comfortable for a good price. Pella is a cute town with a fun Midwest atmosphere.

Would be better with queen beds for more room.

Breakfast was so-so, the powdered eggs taste like powdered eggs. Bacon and sausage would be nice. Good coffee !

It was clean and quiet! The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Great staff. Good breakfast with variety. Super clean bathroom. Floors were in excellent shape and clean!

Very minor, but the bath towels were a bit thin and scratchy.
