The location was great. The hotel staff was very nice. The bar and restaurant was nice to have if needed.

we paid for free breakfast and they kept trying to charge us for it. When we checked out we asked if we owed anything and they said no. They also don't like when you pay with cash. two hours later they were calling us asking to pay for all of our breakfast after we repeatedly showed them our paid receipts for included breakfast.

Very nice hotel with gathering spaces. Clean and updated facility.

We booked a queen suite as there were no kings available. The queen bedroom was so small one of the beds was right up against the wall making the person sleeping on that side have to climb to the foot of the bed to get out of bed. It wasn’t comfortable to sleep that close to the wall either. The living room portion of the room had more space than needed so that took up space for the bedroom. Possibly a personal preference but it was not as comfortable for us as we as hoped. Next time we will just book a regular room, not a suite.

Perfect location in downtown Agguiville - walking distance to bars/restaurants and awesome rooftop area to hang next to the fire at night with a drink.

Would have been nice if the bar was open until at least midnight on the weekend - it was graduation weekend and bar was closing at 10 - bartender did stay open until 10:30 or 10:45 since so many folks were there and hanging out on rooftop which was nice.

Ive stayed here before. This is the best hotel in Manhattan Kansas. It appears recently they updated the rooms and have new mattresses which were very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The pool and hot tub were open on day one. The 2nd day the the hot tub was closed and pool was open. the 3rd day the pool was closed and hot tub was open. These are main factors for chosing this hotel.

The location is great. The park across the street was very nice. Parking is easy and convenient.

I wish they had a fastEV charger on site! The only one’s available were across the park and they took over night to charge our car. This would be a big benefit.

The parking situation was rough. I circled the parking lot for 15 minutes before I found a spot. But in all fairness I think there were multiple events going on that night.

Our windows overlooked the Festival of lights below. It was magical for the grandkids.

tub was very high to step over and very slick on the bottom. Would like a recliner or chair with a footrest.

There were some issues with the thermostat control in our room. Room got very warm during the night because heat wouldn't shut off. Told staff about it next day. Hopefully it was fixed.
