The beds were really good.

Noisy kids in the hall until 2am. Added billing for parking after being highly taxed for being in Overland Park. Seriously, so many add on taxes and fees. Just pile on with parking, too! Also, a shower is not wheelchair accessible when it's in a bathtub...

I felt very special because every time I entered the facility worker Caleb Patton always would say welcome back Mrs Hampton , how’s everything going do you need anything if so just let us know. Also the property is just beautiful and peaceful.

That I couldn’t stay longer

Everything was above and beyond for what we needed! Great location and close to the family we were visiting. The warm cookies were AWESOME! We will stay again and let other family visiting KC to stay here as well.

The staff were absolutely amazing and most accommodating with my wants and needs. The bed was comfortable and the room was up to par. I will definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to my friends traveling there.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Location and common areas. Starbucks in lobby. Great staff. Beautiful walking trail nearby. Great location.

Elevator was down for remodeling. We had to use the service elevator. Not good. Room was not completely clean. Bathroom didn’t drain properly.

Adding a refrigerator to the rooms would be an improvement Check the batteries in the remote. Elevator service was terrible. One elevator worked and it frequently hit every floor without the buttons pushed. Made me late to events. Too large a hotel to be limited to one elevator that worked. there were five i think and only one was doing all the work. also not a good thing to have to crowd on car in a pandemic.

this hotel is two blocks from my sisters house so the location is perfect when i come for family events. i worked in the hotel industry for 28 years and this place is amazing.

I have to mention Sabrina by name. She helped me at check in, and she made my birthday surprise for my husband the best it could possibly be! She not only met but exceeded my expectations! We had a lovely night with a spectacular view and had a nice quiet location away from the big groups.

The hot tub and sauna weren’t working, which were our primary planned activities for the evening, so we had to figure out other plans last minute. The pool was lovely, but my husband doesn’t like to swim.

I'm not sure why on other websites there are negative reviews of this hotel. Our room was clean and not outdated. Yes, the bathroom vanity is maybe a bit old school but everything was clean and comfortable.

I don't like that you're unable to use your Starbucks app at this location. Cash, credit or charge to your room. Microwave in room would be nice also.

The location was great. It was right near the highway, but far enough off that it wasn't gross. Lots of great food and shopping choices nearby. The bed was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The parking lot was quite small considering how large the hotel is. If you don't arrive early to check in, it can be difficult to find a spot to park, especially because there are events there as well.
