breakfast was adequate and very tasty. room very clean. the price was quite reasonable. and i was not bombarded with a ton of other little fees. would recommend this hotel to everyone. staff was right on the spot, when a young boy threw up. they were there to clean up everything and assist the parent.

was told i would have a recliner. this lounge chair was not even close to a recliner. i have slept in a recliner for over 30 years do to physical problems. was very disappointed with chair and unable to get much sleep. so glad i brought a blanket with me. the toilet was an experience. if not for the location of the sink, i would have never been able to get back up. i don't think i have ever sat on a commode that was that close to the floor.

This hotel was nice and quiet, close to the freeway but also close to everything you need. The breakfast was good although my daughter was looking for some smoothies or something. they had little care packages available for customers. That was thoughtful, the tea and water station was a nice touch as well. Check in and out was super easy. I had a digital key on my Hilton honors app so we didn't have to worry about taking a key every time we left the room. It was very clean and well maintained.

Great location off the highway and near a wide variety of restaurants! Facility was very clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel!! Loved that they were pet friendly so our doodle could stay, but that the rooms didn't smell like dirty dog haha!! We plan to make this our hotel we stay in every trip back to CO!

$75 pet fee was a little steep. I feel like $45 per night would be more reasonable. (That's what we pay when we board).

We will defiantly stay at the Hampden Inn, Salina however we are going to request a room on the interior of the hotel. He were on the 3rd floor with the window street side and in line with the front of the hotel. Although a great view, it was fairly noisy (loud cars, racers) causing it to be noisy into the night. About 1p.m., it was silent and perfect. Thank you having quiet appliances in the room. Some hotels with refrigerators can be very loud. We walked into the room to find the TV remote had been cleaned and placed in a plastic protector, added pleasure.

Breakfast was good-

The front desk person was not friendly or nice. Unfortunately, she did not read our reservation which requested a bottom floor, nor did she know that we had a pet, which I indicated in the reservation. She never made eye contact with me. She was more interested in dancing to the music that was playing rather than being welcoming to her guests. Not staying here anymore.

The facility is as clean as I could wish for, the staff is outstanding, particularly the person who put together the breakfast, the western omelet and seasoned red potatoes were outstanding. Their coffee was excellent as well. I highly recommend.

Nothing

The room has plenty of space for the whole family and was very clean. It was conveniently located next to lots of stores and restaurants and very easy to find. Our desk clerk, Payden, was super patient and even though she had a whole line of people needing stuff from her, she took it all in stride and never lost her cool or seemed overwhelmed. Breakfast was delicious.

The customer service received after booking with a third party on the internet and paying for a bigger room. We received a smaller room due to availability.

They didn’t have the smoothies for breakfast that were advertised on the website

Room was really clean; so were the facilities. Stayed on third floor close to elevator. Bed was very comfortable. Nice shower and bathroom arrangement. Breakfast was good. Maria at reception desk was very nice... friendly and professional. Dog friendly.

Pillows were a bit lumpy and pet fee was higher than typical.

Walked In and bam, nice, front desk guy was great, room was awesome and everything down to the breakfast. Tks for the hard work u do to make this hotel amazing. Tks Larry
