Wonderful, friendly and very helpful staff. The place is spotlessly clean. Especially for such a big hotel. Spacious areas throughout the hotel. Places to relax. Was within a short walk to the Arena. (So convenient) The gym exceeded my expectation. Free weights up to 75lbs! It is equipped with quality workout machines. The Hub restaurant has a good menu for dinner and drinks. We had to park in the public parking garage and the hotel validated a portion of the fee. (Very kind)

Nice bartenders, very friendly shuttle drivers, great staff overall. Clean, comfortable room. I especially appreciated the shuttle service driving to our conference location daily. Very attractive decor.

If you don't provide bottle openers in the rooms, I recommend you only sell twist offs in your convenience area. There was a mistake on bill. My breakfast gratuity was not added to the card I gave for incidentals and I had to reimburse my employer for those since they went onto my work credit card which was only for the room charge. The area had a lot of closed, boarded up shops and restaurants which was too bad.

The location was perfect for this trip. We traveled in from out of town to see stand up comedy at Vorshays. It was literally a 1 minute walk from the Hilton.

The free parking situation was very limited, besides that I liked it all, we went down at 4 am to get some items from the shop in lobby, the self check out wasnt working and the friendly staff took care of us immediately. It was all together a fun and enjoyable experience.

Honestly the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in. I have titanium in my right shoulder and usually dread hotel beds. It was so nice to sleep just as well as I do at home. I have not had the experience to be able to text the staff for answers to questions. That was awesome as well

I booked this hotel for my son and his partner, it was my sons birthday and I asked the staff to wish him a happy birthday which they did :) Thank you!

On arrival my son was told they couldn't find his booking. They were then allocated a room which was already occupied, slightly embarrassing for my son and his partner.

Everything was wonderful , comfortable, exceptionally clean and very quiet. Our only issue was the use of the parking garage. We had a little difficulty understanding the process of the ticket validation. This was our first stay at this location. Next time it won't be a problem!

The room and the staff were wonderful. The wait staff was nice also. They were kind and gave us a ride to InTrust for the concert we came to see. That was an added bonus.

The breakfast buffet was not good. The food was lukewarm and not as good as I would get at a lesser hotel. I was very disappointed. After waking up in a very nice hotel, the last thing you want is a subpar breakfast.

The breakfast buffett was the standard you see in a hotel. There was nothing exceptional, but it was fine. The staff was outstanding, and went out of their way to be helpful.

My room faced Douglas Ave, and the traffic was a bit noisy in the evening. Local kids "drag Douglas" and there seemed to be motorcycle races on the street occasionally. Nothing the hotel staff could do about that though!!

The staff was extremely nice and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable.

We booked the hotel because it had an indoor pool and it was down for maintenance. I feel like this is something they should tell guests when a reservation has been made. Walking by vomit on the carpet in the hallway wasn’t very appealing the next morning either.

Like how close it is to intrust bank arena. Like how clean the room was. The beds were comfortable. The room stayed warm in sub zero weather. Liked the ease of access of the parking garage. Has a bar in hotel lobby.

The toilet lid was missing the two front spacer pads on the bottom of the lid. No other complaints.
