Our suite was huge and very comfortable & clean. All basic dishes and everything for a stay-in meal was included. Pool towels were unavailable, but Hubs went to the desk to ask and the staff handed him a fresh load out of the dryer to carry into the pool area.

The breakfast food was tasty, but sparse! Oatmeal, dry cereal, prewrapped breakfast sandwiches, bananas, and a few dairy products were only items available on the one side of the line. the layout of the breakfast line was horrible and created an extensive backup of guests waiting for access to the hot food while long lines of other guests waited for the DIY waffle machine. We waited for 40 mins to get to the hot food trays & wouldn’t have needed to wait for the waffle maker if there were other bakery options (muffins, pancakes, French toast) for our grandkids. Many others worked their way around the other tween/teen guests. A better layout for plates and hot trays might create a better experience for all.

The breakfast was better than expected. The location of the building was closer to our planned activities than I had researched.

Our suite came with everything we could have needed, except a hot plate or toaster oven to cook something with other than a microwave. If the room provides a kitchenette with everything to bake or saute something, there should be something more than a microwave to utilize those tools.

Was able to handle everything using the Hilton Honors app on my phone. Actually had no interaction with any staff. Is a very clean and quiet facility. Due to having a medical procedure the next morning, we had to leave before breakfast. We've stayed a few times previously and really hated to miss out on the breakfast offerings this stay. Excellent, comfortable place to stay!+

Layout was good and the breakfast was amazing. The staff was nice and it was an easy stay with my dog.

I stayed a week and the room above me must have been daily people because each morning it sounded like packing and moving of furniture. On the last day I think there were several kids running around the room until 11pm. I also have need for handicap parking. The spots were placed near a side door with no automatic doors. The front doors were automatic but were not near the handicap parking.

Clean, clean, and CLEAN! As a former housekeeping supervisor, I know what to look for, and this absolutely PASSED the check! Talk about spacious and relaxing! Loved the divider curtain between the bedroom and the rest of the room. Well done!

Nothing! Everything was great!

Disappointed in the TV quality and the fact it wasn’t a smart TV. We had plans to be able to find a movie to enjoy and that wasn’t even available. All they had was basic cable (guide didn’t work) and poor picture quality.

Breakfast was just OK, we didn't eat all of what we took. The parking was perfect, outdoor space was & location was amazing, close to great eateries, & my favorite shopping.. excellence throughout.

Breakfast was not hot, even though we went down about 8am. The queen bed mattress was not very comfortable. I had hoped for an outdoor pool.

Very Clean, took the extra steps to make you feel safe.

Front desk person was very lack luster, did not explain anything, made me drive around the building when going thru the front door would of been easier. Don't have a coffee bar if your coffee is going to be warm. Don't hide behind a glass room and just look up first before coming out front to see what a guests needs maybe.

The hotel was very clean and nice looking. Breakfast was great. Room was wonderful and comfortable!!!

Please do not put families with small kids on top floors!!! The family above us had kids running around early am and late pm. I called to their room to ask their parents to please be courteous which turned out okay, but the noise was very loud!!!!

Wi-Fi issue and lack of help from the night desk clerk. I’ve never had any Wi-Fi issues before at any hotel and they said this is a 3rd party. I called the internet help button and they tried to have us change the settings on my husband’s iPad without success. Found out a few hours later it was a maintenance problem with the wifi provider? No one seemed to know about it. it did finally work for us about 3 hours after our arrival.
