The continental breakfast was good. However, I'd like more fresh fruit options. I don't eat oranges and that's all there was. The location of the hotel was great! The room was very large & spacious! And there were 2 tv's in the room.

There were 3 staff at the front desk upon my arrival, however NONE of them greeted me. It took 5-6 minutes to even get helped/acknowledged. The room wasn't ready at 3 p.m. like I was told it would be. I had to wait 45 minutes to get my room and they suggested we 'sit in the lobby' to wait. Not happening with a 6 year old! So, I asked if we could go swimming in the pool, so they said we could and I had to ask if they'd hold our bags for us until the room was ready. They put us on the 2nd floor, closest to the elevator, terrible location! I let it be because I didn't want to have to wait another 45 minutes for a room. This isn't the first time with really bad customer service at this hotel, so I won't be returning for another stay. Learn how to be more customer friendly!

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The price was perfect. Everything was very clean in my room. The bed was okay (a bit firm), but it doesn’t even matter when you look at the property as a whole . For my purposes the property wasn’t as close to the church I was going to for a conference, but the location actually isn’t bad because you’re surrounded by food within walking distance if you wanted to go out to eat, and there are a lot of options. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Wyndham!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful!! You can tell they take pride in everything about that hotel!! The location is absolutely amazing!! I love this place!! It is comfortable, the location makes you feel safe and for 3 women from a town of 1500 that’s great!!

The only thing we didn’t like was the bathtub!! It was clean and sparkly but oh my goodness was it slick!! It took me 20 minutes to be able to out with my sisters help after falling twice in the tub (no injuries)!! Then my mom wanted to take a bath but we knew how to get her out easier!! But still a great place to stay!!

The room was very clean & comfortable. The breakfast was good with numerous choices.

The Wi-Fi was not working. Having access to the internet allows me to access my business emails and respond in a timely manner. Not having Wi-Fi is a huge disadvantage for a traveler such as myself. One of the elevators was not working, & it caused a little congestion in the waiting area. The light on the outside of the building is only partially working. It seems a little below par not to have the name of the hotel fully operational on the building.

Very clean hotel, very comfortable bed and clean and quiet room

The initial check in was concerning. The desk worker was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and gave us the impression we had annoyed her by ringing the desk bell for assistance. Either she was poorly trained or had a bad attitude. Interestingly, as we approached our third floor room, a young maid finishing work in a different room looked us in the eye, welcomed us with a smile and wished us a good stay. My wife and I immediately looked at each other and said, “She should be working the front desk!”

Staff was awesome. Perfect location for the purpose of my trip. Restaurant and stores close by for shopping and dining.

There was guest laundry but you had to pay $2.50 per load. There was an app but it wasn't easy to figure out so be prepared to have quarters. A marked and dedicated pet area would be a nice addition to a pet friendly hotel. And clean up all the trash laying just outside the parking lot. It was dark when I arrived, but none of the outside lights were on. Neither the awning over the drive area to check in nor the parking lot lights were on.

Staff were great, location was fantastic. There was so many good things about this place and the location and everything about it. I was suitably impressed with so much of it.

The breakfast was very poor. Each day was simply sausage patties and scrambled eggs. If you got to breakfast within the last 45 minutes, you more than likely were missing both of these options (they were poor quality anyway). A very very below average breakfast which is the only negative about this whole stay.

The location was perfect. So many food options and shopping centers nearby. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was cool, the water pressure was good. My favorite part was their fitness center. As a person who likes to workout, I really appreciated the wide variety of equipment. The breakfast was pretty good, wished there was more fruit and bread options. Other than that, can’t complain. I have to say that staff was very helpful too. I asked for their late-checkout policy and the lady at the front let me stay 2 hours past the checkout time without no additional fees.

The wifi was down. Lucklily I didn’t have to do any work from my computer so it wasn’t a major inconvenience but still would have loved to watch my show on Netflix. From reading the reviews, sounds liks this has been going on for a little while. The shower seemed just a bit outdated.

The hotel was nice, but the location was AMAZING for us. The locations was within walking distance of MANY stores, restaurants, and the Sports Forum (which my kids loved). The staff was very friendly, but sometimes hard to reach. I called to the front desk a couple times with no answer and when my room key didn't work at the pool initially there was no one at the front desk to help me. The breakfast was great, nothing too special, but it was hot and the workers were nice. They offered waffles (mini waffles too), eggs, sausage, oatmeal, toast/bagels/muffins, and juice/water/coffee. It was just right for my littles! Also, it wasn't very busy when we stayed, so that we enjoyed as well. Lastly, the inside pool was great! It was a but windy and cooler on the days we stayed so it was great to have an inside pool so the kids could still swim!! Overall, we had a great stay at LaQuinta!!

Our shower was a tab bit dirty when first getting into the room, but nothing too major to complain about.

My husband and I always choose this motel when traveling to Wichita. It is always clean, great location, and decent price. Seems like some items in the breakfast area have gone away since the Covid year and we do really miss the fruit in the water😉 It is the little things 🍓🫐🍏🥑🍊🍑🍒 More fruit for breakfast would be a pleasant addition with a lot of people looking for better choices. I do Understand prices of everything went up, sorry. Thanks so much for trying very hard to keep good staff, a clean facility and trying to keep prices down among everything else.
