We used this hotel to stay at a transit stop on a road trip. Probably family owned, so it was very homey and lovely. The room had a medium refrigerator, microwave, cook stove, dishwasher, and a set of dishes, pots and pans, etc. We stayed with our children, ages 3 and 1. The room was very clean and linens were provided for the four of us. There was a handwritten welcome message and popcorn in the room. It was a nice hospitality. Breakfast included cereal, bagels, English muffins, pancakes, yogurt, snack bar, fruit, boiled eggs, etc. Beverages are coffee, tea, milk, and apple juice. There was always a staff member in the breakfast area at all times to quickly replenish any out-of-stock food items and to quickly clean up any dirty areas. It was a very pleasant breakfast experience, thank you.

We rented a crib for our 1 year old but it was broken and unusable. It was a pack and play crib. I called the contact number to let them know it was broken, but the phone was disconnected. Fortunately we had brought a similar crib ourselves and used it. Also, the hair dryer provided was not clean as the handle was sticky.

From our greeting by the staff, to check out, we loved our stay at Ashley Quarters Hotel. The property grounds were extremely well maintained. Our room, including the kitchen area and the bathroom, was spotless. Great sized TV and the water pressure/showerhead were terrific. There were nice touches all around the hotel, such as plants and artwork in the stairwells, that made the stay more comfortable. All of the staff were quite attentive and genuinely friendly. The continental breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold selections. All of the members of our party found the breakfast a fine way to start the day. The fact that Ashley Quarters is a family owned/run hotel made everything feel just a bit more homey.

Clean and spacious; our room offered a full size fridge and an oven, which came in handy. Everything we wanted to do in the Cincinnati area was within a half hour drive, so while not exactly centrally located, it wasn't hard to get places. Temper your expectations regarding traffic, as there seems to be a ton in this area specifically, but that's nothing the hotel can control. This was our second stay here and we'll likely stay again.

Only hiccup was that there was no one at the desk when we arrived to check in, but we were easily able to contact the manager on duty and get checked in. The breakfast was also a little lackluster, but it was free and considering that, I can't really complain.

Very clean and extremely friendly staff. They really care about this place and their customers, and it shows. They even have free pizza every Wednesday night for the guests, which turned into a little pizza party. Ended up meeting some folks from British Columbia who were also there to see the Ark and Creation museum. Got some tips from them, so that was nice. The price for this hotel is very reasonable. There is no better value in the area. Great location as well. Close to the airport with lots of stores and restaurants in the area. It was the perfect central location for the sights that we were visiting. Their high rating is right on. Thank you Ashley Quarters! We will be staying there again for sure.

The family suite was perfect for a big family like ours to stay all together. The little welcome gift of popcorn in the room was a nice touch, and having a kitchenette stocked with several utensils was helpful. The continental breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast hostess was very kind and helpful. I was impressed that DVD's and computers/scanners were available for guests; we were only in the area one night, but this would be a great hotel for a longer stay.

The carpet is stained, but as a pet-friendly hotel, this was not unexpected. A few outlets seemed to not work.

The room was very cozy with an extremely comfortable bed. There is a fitness and laundry room. The continental breakfast is convenient and a great addition to what I cooked in the kitchenette.

I arrived in the middle of a snow storm and got stuck trying to get into the parking lot. The plow job was terrible at best. One of the hotel attendants shoveled my car out of the snow cave left by the plow truck. The shower drain was slow to drain and probably requires maintenance.

location was perfect for our needs and had lots of amenities nearby. Room was spacious enough and bathroom was real nice but a little on the tight side of things. Kitchen was fine.

Beds and pillows were not the most comfortable (a little too lumpy and soft). Also there appeared to be little to no early checkout option. For instance Office was supposed to open at 8am on Sunday but no staff present except cleaning lady who No Habla English...Annoying but just dropped keys through mail slot. Also whomever was in room above us walked as gently as a herd of rhinos in full gallup, but that cannot really be controlled.

The room was huge and there were so many nice touches, like a handwritten note from housekeeping and a bag of microwave popcorn. The lobby area was so nice and cozy, and April made the best coffee and was so helpful. Michelle at check-in was wonderful, too. I'm so glad I stayed here and will definitely return!

Nothing. Sure, some of the furniture is a little shabby, but all the touches the property has included totally make up for this. Someone reviewed this property and said "it's old but in a good way," and I agree with that. Just stay here; you won't regret it

We loved seeing the same staff our entire trip. It felt more homey than corporate. We had a noise complaint about our dog when we were gone for 20 minutes. The manager moved us to a nicer room at the end of a hall so our dog wouldn't be so disruptive. We had no further complaints and were very close to the pool which we used a lot. The breakfast was the same daily, but had lots of options. It was a wonderful place to stay for our family trip.

Some of the rooms have very strong odors. They weren't necessarily bad odors, but they were stronger than I prefer.

The room was very big and had a full kitchen which we were not expecting. It was a very nice and welcome surprise. The pool was perfect and very clean. There was a small selection of DVDs in the breakfast area that you could take back to your room with you. My kids got a big kick out of choosing a movie to watch before bed. There was also a bag of microwave popcorn left for us in our room which completed our movie night experience. The lady who worked breakfast was so incredibly welcoming and helpful. It was pretty busy and she overheard my son ask me for some juice. Without hesitation she poured a glass and handed it to me. It was very thoughtful and kind of her to do that to help me out. It was overall a really great stay for our family.
