The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was good value for money. The room was clean and during our week stay we were not disturbed by housekeeping or other guests. The hotel is situated in a good central location.

Just little things, such as the bath was really small and I'm only a short person, which was a little disappointing. It would have been a little better if the kitchen equipment was already in the room when we arrived instead of having to ask for it.

Room was perfect for my wife and I, Breakfast ( Coffee, Muffins and oatmeal) was a plus since we have a stove and small kitchen in room , we like king beds better but queen did the job.

sometimes there was smell in the hall since everyone was doing their cooking, not a big thing since we all did.

Large rooms, kitchen and supplies provided by hotel made the value great. We could cook and didn't have to eat out everyday. Beds were too hard but that's most hotels. Really nice spot, safe, quiet guests, sound proof rooms. Clean and professional, friendly staff at front desk. I like their uniforms too.

Just wanted more options for breakfast or a small seating area in lobby. Or any chairs out front. I get why they wouldn't want people to congregate but the crowd here was all working people so a few chairs would not have caused drama or problems.

Traveling for work. comfortable place to stay home away from home. full size fridge, a little stove to cook a microwave. My only suggestion is breakfast need to start at 5am because since it’s an extended stay a lot of clients stay for work I would at least love to have a cup of coffee and a danish on my way out to work at 5.30am . just my thought. otherwise I had no complain. thank you.

The breakfast time need to be sooner even just a cup of coffee would have been nice at 5.30p in the morning since it’s mostly working class client stays there.

Beds were comfortable, refrigerator was spacious and countertop was large enough I could work comfortably. The check in and check out clerks were both super friendly and helpful. The morning conseirge was even cool about me running over check-out by 7 mins. (Elderly mom moves a bit slowly)

Morning breakfast was a little lacking (instant oatmeal pkgs) and they took even the coffee and hot water away at 930. Okay, the John Wayne toilet paper has to go. It's terrible!

Staff was exceptional, had a few tv remote issues and no hesitation or time wasted, they were on top of the issue and fixed it - That was well appreciated!

I have no complaints - I was very pleased with the accommodations and services that were provided.

Having the refrigerator and kitchen was a plus. The beds were comfortable and Bryant at the front desk was great. he helped us with an issue we had and he was always smiling and happy.

Did not eat the breakfast. But all of the rest was excellent. There was a chip in the TV screen. Let them know that we did not do it. Then when we came back there was a new TV. Shocked.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There wasn’t a hair dryer in the room and the fella at the desk brought me one and he seemed to be very busy at the desk but still took the time.

I think the doors should be automatic. It was hard getting in the door with my stuff.

I like that the hotel was in a nice location close to where I needed to go. The front desk helped with my check in smoothly and check out the next day was great.

I wish they had a fitness center or pool.
