I really liked the museum downstairs. The staff was really nice even though other customers were kind of rude to them. The room was really fancy. The bathroom was very nice. The TV displayed my name and had a lot of channels. There's a desk in the room with magazines for you to look at. Overall it was very fancy but still a great price. When you leave the hotel, there is a parking garage across the street and the Lockbox restaurant is in the same building but there are other restaurants and bars nearby.
We weren't informed before our stay that they charge $100 extra to check in for damages just in case. It is refunded, but should be mentioned when you book. Also the room was kinda cramped and the bed was slightly uncomfortable but those are minor inconveniences. It's a nice hotel and it's a big city so I expected space to be limited.

Breakfast was very good. We appreciated Nick as waiter who provided details on the biscuits in the shared plate and was very attentive. Enjoyed viewing the art although the 21C Museum in Louisville had a better exhibition
There was no luggage trolley when we arrived and cars were parked in the pull-off area in front of the hotel. No attendant to help me unload the car.

I loved my stay at 21c. The room is pretty average but the bathroom and shower were very nice. My favorite part of the hotel was the restaurant and bar. Staff were extremely kind and accommodating, making me feel like a valued guest every time I sat down. The food and drinks were top notch and felt luxe. Great location as well, very close to the conference center. I enjoyed my stay here.

The location was great and the room was clean. The museum was amazing and the nightly bourbon tasting to enjoy with it added to the experience.
A couple minor things - the mattress was comfy but the bedding was a mess - it was two loose sheets with a thin blanket inside which just came apart and we fought with it during the night. I also would have like an extra bath towel or two.

We loved the location, we didn't arrive early enough to enjoy the art but would stay again to do that! We loved the check in staff, they were wonderful.
The clocks in the room were an hour ahead of time, we didn't know that and thought we were late for our event. Please update clocks.

The place was clean and nice.
Value for the room. Seems like all the hotel rooms were charging high prices for the area. Older windows from historic building allows lots of sound in. It was a hotel room and while clean, I usually get more value. The hotel is nothing special or really different from other chains.

Location is great for downtown events. Bed is quite comfortable Food was delicious
No diet sodas in the entire place. I understand no vending machines but was told there were diet sodas in the mini bar/fridge. There was no diet drinks at all and I am diabetic. Would have enjoyed a soda on a hot summer day.

Eclectic, nice location, very comfortable beds
While location was nice, it was near the bar scene so it got alittle loud and rowdy in the midnight-2am hours. You could hear conversations and arguments going on outside. Nothing the hotel can do about that

Good location and nice room. Friendly staff.
Very dark entrance hard to find the coffee maker. Nice, but they need to clean a little better. No water or ice in the room. Limited venue but good food. Street noise was very loud even though I was on floor 14. Motor cycles at night.

Excellent breakfast. Quirky fun hotel with a great location. Staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable
Rooms were on separate floors (when asked to be near) and questionable art work (hypodermic needle chandelier over tables ?) In all fairness, I am not up to date on "cool" art so....
