The breakfast was really exceptional. I'm a foodie and I don't usually like hotel provided breakfasts. However, yours was excellent. Thank you for a good start on my drive home!

Everything was really great except that the cleaning agents used left a strong odor in the room. I would suggest something with less fragrance. I have allergies and I had to open the window for a few hours to air out the room.

check in, but not hotel’s fault. Booking.com never sent the reservation to the hotel. The hotel was already paid for. We drove 10 hours to find out they had no room for us and the hotel was already overbooked. The manager was very helpful and was able to accommodate us, but it took some time for her to be able to do that. Again, not her fault. Booking.com never followed through with communication to hotel.

The rooms were clean and modern with all the amenities we needed

The breakfast selection was good but the there wasn't much attention paid to keeping the area clean when cereal was spilt etc.. Could have done with a safe in the room however there were safety deposit boxes available at reception. When we arrived I asked if I could extend my stay but the receptionist said as I had pre-booked through Booking.com I would have to speak to someone else...not sure who the someone else was so not particularly helpful.

it was clean, great location to the hospital, (I had a procedure done at the Good Samaritan Hospital) the following day and it made things a lot easier for my wife to drive me back home which is nearly 31/2 hours away. we felt safe while there and that alone would make me what to stay again.

no complaints other than maybe getting a better rate because of having the procedure at the hospital and maybe using AARP.

The Staff were friendly & very considerate & helpful. We will definitely stay there again & recommend to others. We were there to visit our grandson who plays football for UK & the stay at your Hotel was a perfect location. comfortable & clean room & breakfast

The breakfast was excellent. The location was ideal for our purposes - a wedding & party at the nearby Round Barn Stable of Memories.

We have no complaints. We stayed quite busy with wedding preparations, and the hotel was no impediment to our stay. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and housekeeping was very responsive.

Everything! We were in town working a convention and my daughter got sick the last day and didn't feel like traveling home. I love Holiday Inns and booked the closest one the arena. When I walked in, the woman working behind the counter was very friendly and fast in getting us into a room. This is the cleanest Holiday Inn that I have ever stayed at. It smelled clean, the room was spotless and the beds were very comfy. Wish I had found this hotel earlier in the week because the one we stayed at down the street smelled awful and had roaches. This Holiday Inn is where I will stay everytime we work conventions or visit the area. Close to tons of restaurants and hospital.

That I had to leave and come home! One night wasn't enough time.

lightning in the kitchenette area good have been better and we couldn’t get the coffee pot to work but there was coffee in the lobby so that worked

The breakfast was great. The lady who works during the week had just started and was very good at making sure the pans stayed filled. The pool was clean and towels were provided. Parking was good.

The weekend food staff was slower that the week staff.

Hotel was quiet and clean. Decent breakfast and a friendly staff. We would probably stay here again if in the area.

A little bit expensive for one night, compared to the other hotels we booked in the area.
