The room was very clean. There was plenty of ice in the ice machine. The room had a mini fridge, but no freezer and no microwave. There is a microwave in the lobby you can use. My teens liked the pool and the gym. Breakfast was good. It changes a little each day: waffles and sausage, bacon, french toast sticks and sausage.... Every day there were eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, bagels, bread to toast, and donut holes. Walmart was 2 miles away, and there were many restaurants nearby. It was also quiet in the building. The staff were all friendly.

The pillows were too soft for our liking.

This is clean and well kept. The rooms were nicely laid out. The gym had no cleaning wipes to wipe down equipment even though it asks you to. My son enjoyed the pool although he said it was busy.

My only real complaint was I left my prescription glasses behind and called the next day to find out how to get them back and I was told someone would contact me back to get them shipped to me (they had them). No one has called me. That was June 24 and it is now July 4. Will I get my needed glasses back?

Both the lobby and the room were clean. The lobby was beautiful and there were several spots that we could sit and chat. Our room was in the 4th floor with a beautiful view. They had room cleaning service every three days. The room door was equipped with security latch and lock and the cooling system worked great. Janitors and most of the receptionists were great and polite.

The swimming pool lights didn’t work. The variety of breakfast was poor and they rarely refill the items. we should ask for the items that were done though the breakfast time was not up. The flush didn’t work appropriately in our room and water dropped down to the other side of the bath tub while showering. So, we should put a towel on the floor next to the bath tub. The heating system was broken. When we turned it on, it smelled burning. One of the receptionist was not polite and when we just received she was not welcoming. We could hear the noise of big cars in the highway, but the air conditioner could cover the noise when it was on (our room had the highway and the wood’s view, the other rooms with the front view might not have this issue)

The breakfast was excellent. It varied slightly from one day to the next, so I didn't get bored with it during my 2-night stay. The room itself was very spacious, and I felt like I was in a small house. I was very comfortable. The staff that I met were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near a freeway exit which enables easy access. The neighborhood has many options within a short walk for restaurants having a variety of good food types.

Everything was perfect in my opinion.

The location is great alot of food choices and i feel safe in this area,also the rooms are very spacious right now ther isnt alot of traveling going on so i got to take my son to the pool for the first time and relax with my family 🤗

I didnt like that house keeping tried to come into my room after i was telling them to hold on a minute because i needed to get dressed and they still proceeded to try and walk in

The room was spacious enough for us. The hotel was quiet as well. It was clean. There were many, well behaved dogs as well. The staff at the front desk were awesome in helping us with our reservation because the hotel did not get our reservation from Booking.com.

We were expecting a microwave oven. The towels in the pool area were non-existent, except for the pile of wet, used towels. The bed was smaller than expected. We asked for a king. The bed was not as big as a king, but not as small as a queen. The biggest issue was from Booking.com. The hotel did not have our reservation. Luckily they had a room for us.

The room was clean. The bed was wonderful. My husband commented how comfortable it was (which is something). Really liked the set up of the room, too.

I thought for the price, the breakfast should've been a little better. That is my only complaint. We've been in some hotels that have had sausage and bacon with scrambled eggs, gravy and biscuits. Those are not my choices, but my husband would've liked a better breakfast since the rooms were a little more pricey. (I did enjoy the healthy choices for breakfast.)

The Hyatt Place is one of the best hotels we've stayed at in Lexington KY! Ver comfortable bed - very quiet.

The room had a musty smell. If fan was running it would kind of go away but If fan was turned off you smelled musty smell again. The sheets on the bed didn't smell clean to me. The wash cloth had black mark like someone else's mascara never got washed out.

The rooms are very spacious. The beds we’re comfortable with the down filled pillows and comforter. Sammy the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. She definitely made our stay amazing! Kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool. We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend!

If I had to be picky, there weren’t enough chairs in pool area and no microwave in rooms.

Overall, great experience and stay! Super friendly staff who were helpful and accommodating. Plenty of room for family to gather in the lobby and lounge areas, pool was a nice size with a great patio area. We traveled with our dog and it was easy to access areas for her with doggy clean up bags provided. Great location!

The pillows were less than great, but that wouldn’t keep us from booking again. Would love another TV to catch the games on in the lobby, but again, that wouldn’t keep us from booking here again.
