We had a really great stay at this hotel. We self-parked for $19 - much better than the $35 for Valet. Easy access to the parking garage from the lobby. We stayed in the king suite and it was perfect for our family of 4. Easy walking distance to coffee shops and dinner. The pool is a soaker pool - only about 3 ft deep and with 2 people in the pool felt totally full - so we didn't swim. We did enjoy the super awesome workout facilities though - better than a gold's gym without all the muscle men. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was good but, the staff was AMAZING during breakfast time. He made sure to visit the tables to socialize even with the kids. There was so many of us down for cheer competition and he made sure to wish all them good luck

The pool is definitely not what is shown on the website. We had the expectations of a normal sized pool with a bar in same area

The room was very nice. Modern style apartment efficiency. Clean room bed was super comfortable. Harder bed which I love. The location was amazing walking distance to so many restaurants and good brews. Also, easy walk to Rupp. Parking garage fee but you do get a discount on price.

Parking garage fee. Elevators and directions are not clear upon arrival. There are 2 different hotels in 1 Residency not to be confused with the Marriot. Staff were all very helpful but wish it was just more clear upon arrival.

Everything from valet parking to check out! The staff is excellent and makes you feel welcome from check-in. The rooftop restaurant "Infinity" is very cozy, with comparable pricing and A+ in taste! Must stay place when visiting Lexington Ky.

The property location is great, the staff was friendly and the room was clean.

I stayed on the 4th floor and the floors had trash all over them and it was still there when we checked out. The windows are paper thin, so you can hear the street noise and late night parties all night. For the price of these rooms the breakfast could have been better.

My family attended a wedding at the hotel. The rooms and the entire hotel was clean. We had everything we needed with a full kitchen. Bed was comfy and kids had fun staying on the pullout.

I stayed 3 nights and received NO service in my room. I do not need clean towels every day and hung them so the staff knew that, but they could have at least made the bed and emptied the trash. No one came for the 3 days that I was there!

We liked the suite it was very nice for our use. The standing shower was great but the shower head was WAY TOO HIGH so I had to get my husband to fix it.

The breakfast was not very good and we went out each morning for breakfast. The Pillows were entirely too hard for my liking. I did finally get a pillow that was a bit better.

Right in the middle of Downtown Lexington, which we had not visited before and we were delighted with it. There were many fine restaurants in short walking distance from the hotel (including in the hotel).

We liked everything about this hotel except that it was a long, complex journey from the parking ramp to our room. This was an issue because we were traveling with a lot of gear that we needed to take into our room every night, and it took three trips to unload the car. It works much better in a motel situation, so it's probably not fair to criticize this property for this, but I do think the access to the parking garage was a little circuitous (two elevators, some stairs in between). Also, and this is also not the fault of the property, the listed address input into GPS took us to the street entrance of the hotel, which was not the main lobby. It took us a while (we had to drive almost all the way around the block) to figure out where we could park and check in.
