Hotel was clean, easy check-in, staff friendly, parking lot well lit. AC worked great, bathroom clean, beds very comfortable. Hot breakfast maintained by a friendly lady, Miss Loretta. She stayed on top of everything, wiping up, refilling, checking on everyone if they needed anything. LOVE the pancake machine!!

Do not have any complaints.

Felt it was a little expensive compared with other very similar ones we’ve stayed in during our 3 week visit to the USA that were $10-15 per night cheaper. However, would stay there again.

it was 90° outside but the pool was closed, for a 7 year old that’s the only reason to go to a hotel. lol The other thing was they charge you an additional $100 that they give back when you check out as a security deposit. The bad thing is I only use cash or a debit card (no CC’s) and the pay back function takes a long time. I just wish I had been told before hand about it.

The staff was kind & accommodating. The room was comfortable & breakfast was delicious.

The cost of our stay was higher & almost double than it has been in the past. Their charges weren’t the same as I agreed on Bookings, it was more.

I did not have the breakfast. Hotel was neat and clean. Staff was friendly. The problem I encountered was that I paid for two rooms through Booking.com for the discounted price. When I arrived for check-in, I had to pay a second room charge for the second room since there was a fund transfer problem between Booking and the hotel and the hotel informed me that I had to contact Booking to get problem resolved. I contacted Booking and they are working to either have the hotel refund me the second charge for the room or Booking will refund the second charge for the room. I am still waiting.

The administrative lack of initiative by Holiday Inn staff to solve the problem and the inconvenience to me, the customer.

Every single employee we encountered from check-in to check-out was extremely polite, friendly and helpful! There was absolutely every reason to stay there again!

The airconditioning in the room sounded like and aeroplane every time it kicked in, disturbing sleep. It wasn’t good.

Room clean and comfortable, breakfast good, hotel staff very courteous and location was in a safe area.

Nothing, it was a fly by night trip only there from midnight to 10 am.

Bottom of pool was dirty. I don’t like the way the gate to pool opens, even though I do know it is for safety. I cut my hand on top of the gate. The lady behind the desk put 3 bandaids on it.

Even though the hotel was booked and very busy, your staff was accommodating and pleasant. They even brought us extra pillows for me because I had a surgical procedure and had to sleep with my head elevated.
