We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which did include scrambled eggs and sausage patties, and the DIY waffles, cereal, yogurt options on each day. The hospitality from the staff was on point for each encounter. Cathi in housekeeping had a genuine concern to help us as we were returning back to the hotel with my mom‘s wheelchair and Paula at the front desk was very friendly and professional upon check-in and checkout. This high level of service means a lot to me as I was in the hotel industry for many many years.

I am not sure why the indoor pool and Jacuzzi had a closed sign on the door throughout my stay because it looked operable.

From the moment we checked in, I knew this was a great place because the process was smooth and the guy was very nice and had a smile on his face. Location is great and the beds are comfy. Also the breakfast was good.

The room got a little hot at night. I like the room to be cold and dark when I sleep and it was not cold enough for my liking maybe the air conditioner should be looked at. No big deal though the bed was comfy and I got some sleep.

Location was great, easy check in and check out, the room and bathroom were a good size, the room was in pretty good shape and clean.

The bathroom was a little dirty, the toilet paper holders looked like they were going to fall off the wall, no tissues in the bathroom, the bed was not comfy, the plugs on the lamp between the beds didn't work.

It was very convenient to everything in the area. It had an indoor swimming pool.

The AC was broken when we arrived we had to wait over an hour to get another room because they were trying to fix it. Everything in the hotel was dated. The bathroom tub did not drain completely we were there for four days and sometimes it it would take an hour to drain.

Breakfast was awesome and the young lady keep checking all the station to see what needed refills I was very impressed with that.

My cards to my room was deactivated at 9am even though my check out was not until 12am. The girl at the front desk didn’t offer to turn the back on but I said no but I did feel like I was kicked out but the stay was still nice.

Very clean and mostly quiet room. Great breakfast and great breakfast personnel.

Check in clerk was not very knowledgeable about Booking.com process and payment. She also spoke so low I could not hear her most of the time. Took almost 15 minutes to check in and she could not print me a bill when we were leaving.

The location, friendliness of the staff, size of the room, and the professionalism and quick response of the staff when I encountered a problem with my room.

Although there was a problem with the cleanliness of my room, it was quickly reconciled by the front desk staff. I was very pleased.

Josh is an incredible asset to your front desk staff. He is always friendly and a pleasure to talk with. This location was extremely close to our family.

Price was a little steep. Breakfast was served a few days during our stay, but not all of the days. Our bathroom door looked like someone put their fist thru it.

the location was perfect for what we were doing. it was a quick drive to all of the surrounding tourist attractions that we visited. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was a huge hit with my family. There was something for everyone.

One of the beds in our double bed red was quite uncomfortable.

Staff was super friendly rooms was exceptionally cleaned and stocked with Dove toiletries which was great for sensitive skin most of all the indoor swimming pool .. I will be booking again ..5 stars for me and my family!!!!
