We love the Comfort Inn in Augusta, ME. The staff are very responsive. We discovered our room had no heat! Alerted the front desk manager and she had fortunately just had a cancelation request in a suite. She quickly gave that person a free cancelation and upgraded us to the suite with heat! A win win for both of her customers! The rooms are always very clean and well appointed. Comfy beds and great assortment of different softness pillows! We always feel safe and secure at the Comfort Inn wherever we travel. And the hot breakfast is great. As is having the Ninety Nine Restaurant right next door in parking lot!

I had 3 kids with me. The indoor pool was why we chose this hotel. Very nice staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Nice complementary breakfast. Will stay again.

Could use more lighting in the rooms other than that it was very nice.

I love the location I loved when we walked i and Everything was decorated so cute and Christmasy. There was a hot cocoa station that my son loved. The pool was heated, which was awesome because it was cold out. The staff was all very nice and accommodating. There was a nice little spot for my pup outside. The breakfast was excellent more than we expected. Overall, it was a great experience.

I thought it was very good, we did not go down until after 9:00 and there was plenty of stuff left. I would like to praise Linda ( the breakfast attendant) she did GREAT JOB keeping up with everything.

Jared is an excellent manager and the rest of the staff is great as well. The room service ladies are top notch and they're always super friendly. I always recommend the Best Western to people. Definitely would say there again!

The price seems a tad high, like maybe $20 less. I think that's the pet fee every single night is a little excessive. I've never had an issue with pets personally but I'm sure it's there for a reason.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Being next to a restaurant and close to Walmart. Great breakfast much better than any other hotels we have stayed at.

Great customer service! Friendly and courteous staff. Best part though is the fact that they are dog friendly!!!

The only downfall is they are non smoking rooms only. I don't mind going outside on warm days but winter is coming bringing really cold weather.

Overall the stay was lovely. The breakfast was also fantastic. They did mess up our key card for our last night there so my wife had to have it reset. Other than that everything was good wonderful

A very warm welcome when entering the front door. So homey. Cookies, coffee, hot chocolate, and other Christmas treats.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. And breakfast was good. THANKS!
