Staff were amazing, very pleasant. The location cannot be beat. Although located near the train and on a main road it can get noisy however that did not bother us at all. The rooms are dated yet comfortable and clean. The housekeepers were visible throughout the day. Great stay for the price. I would definitely stay again:)

The location is great ,right across the street from the beach. Within walking distance to restaurants and amusement park. The staff was very helpful and friendly! Great hotel for people watching from deck.

This is a typical OOB hotel. This hotel needs lots of updating. The mattress was very worn but comfortable. This hotel really needs some TLC The office does provide free coffee but doesn't open until 9 am. If you're staying in OOB for the beach, this is a great hotel to stay in due to its location.

Location is the best and off season rate is all ways a plus for me. Parking is fine first come first serve.

No complaints from me, I stayed the weekend before everything was with that room as well. People have to realize these Motels are old . I stayed at this location years ago and I can see upgrades that have been made. It's noisy at times but that's the location.

The manager was pleasant. The place is across the beach and easy enough to get to it. It’s a fun place if you’re young and looking to stay up late.

I didn’t realize that the place is literally located in front of the train tracks. It woke me up several times at night. Don’t recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful night sleep.

Mike, the person in the office, was very friendly at check-in. We enjoyed being able to park our car for free, right in front of our room, and walk everywhere! The beach was literally feet away! The balcony was the perfect place to sit, and people watch at the end of our busy day. Breakfast and coffee were available for a reasonable price right across the street in the morning.

It would have been nice to have a small coffee maker in our room. This is not a "didn't like", just a personal preference. Coffee WAS available for free in the office.

Location, location, location! It is the perfect place if you decide to stay for a weekend or few days. The beach is litterely across the street! Plenty of restaurant and entertainment. We were able to have a parking space even if the place was fully booked. Staff were all smiling and Mike at the reception did our check in in a timely fashion!

The train pass just behind the hotel, so for those that as a light sleep maybe not the best. But this is not to blame the hotel, they have to live with it also.

So close to the water and popular restaurant! Such a pleasant host, Michael, he let us check in early and let us park our car ther after we checked out! He was no even going to charge us! Great value for the money!! The flowers were beautiful there and plenty of ice and coffee! Perfect spot for the bargain hunter!!

Stairs. No elevator. Need more light in room and outlets that work and more outlets.Bathtub needs a good scrubbing and stains removed and mat put down that isn’t torn.

For the location, the price couldn't be better. It's not a fancy hotel, and it's old, but it's kept clean, has parking space, fridge, microwave, closet, shower, and comfortable beds. In this area, you don't spend a lot of time hiding in your room, so it's all you need.

It is near train tracks, and the trains do pass by quite often, however, if you keep the bathroom door closed, it isn't very loud.

Liked the location very much. Liked being able to sit outside on the balcony/porch. Liked the inside space
