Convenient to the highway. Immaculate rooms, free breakfast, plenty of parking. Attractively designed. Kind front desk staff. Very hard-working and mission-oriented staff.

Pool was non-operational. Room windows were strangely configured, with a kind of valet-closet built between two windows. Unusual split between the two. A bit more troubling was the fact that they put a group of youngsters next to me (I assume they were FSU students); they kept going in and out of their room and speaking loudly. I’m not sure this place was at full capacity, just wish they’d spaced us all out better.

Breakfast was ok I had some scrambled eggs, orange juice, coffee and a scone. Also fresh fruit. The dark roast coffee was great! Pleasant dining area. Our room was great plenty of room for two people and a large dog - comfy beds.

Not a lot of protein items at breakfast, except for eggs.

The place was in great condition. The room amenities were very well done. Good use of space. The room furniture and bathroom were in great condition and very clean. Breakfast was great and liked having access to hot drinks 24/7.

Would like a water fountain to refill my water bottle.

We were warmly welcomed I believe her name was Teresa at the front desk. Our room was spacious and very clean. I had no complaints and would absolutely book again! The hotel is in a great location close to everything we needed. As a bonus, the breakfast was great too!

My partner and I had miscommunication .he got to hotel before me and got us a room . When I arrived and got into room I went to use bathroom and said where's our hot tub What hot tub reply Me:: told you I made our reservation thru booking .com got great deal and bonus we got hot tub room . Him:: well I asked if u paid for room . Me:: yes I told you had choice too pay upon arrival . He:; I thought cause you not pay I had to get room . Me:: Why then did I tell you Go ahead into desk and let them know your first to get here on resv. under my name . give them my name and tell them she clicked someone else .I made it here first may I get a room key She will be here in fifteen min.. Front desk was able to check me in fix the room keys to work for new room . And cancel the first room and remove charges from his card Went onto have a awesome stay.....

Issue that arose next afternoon he checked to make sure charges were removed back off the card and sorry to report he had been charged also for the room he got when he arrived .

This Hampton Inn goes above and beyond in all areas - service , cleanliness and comfort are all top notch. The staff are extremely welcoming and accommodating. The rooms and common areas are all sparkling clean. And they go out of their way for your comfort too - beds and linens very comfy , lots of fluffy towels , extra coffee and tea and coffee cups in the room, room is spacious and well designed, bathrooms are large and luxurious.

Our whole experience was top notch! I was able to speak directly with the courteous and knowledgeable staff directly after making our reservation. Our special accommodations for adjoining rooms with a pet were met happily. The cleanliness of the entire establishment was impeccable. The pool area was amazing. The breakfast had enough variety to satisfy 3 adults and 4 children(16,12,7,3) and was delicious. I cannot say enough good things about our experience here! Awesome! Thank you!

The registration process and crew were very friendly and accomodating. They were helpful and answered all questions. The most memorable person was ROSIE the lady who kept the breakfast area clean and well maintained. She saw to it that everything was full and refilled what was needed. She was friendly and very visible. I felt like she was an old friend right from the beginning. She definitely was a TEN!

Nice selection of different foods. There were hot items like eggs and breakfast meat, oatmeal, and a waffle maker. There was also yogurt, cereal, bagels, etc.

Breakfast was great both mornings. Plenty of selection and was located down the hall from our room. Less than a minute walk was needed to reach the front desk/breakfast area.
