The front counter Staff are very nice and welcoming. The beds are very comfortable.

The housekeeping personnel are very rude, never smile, and have poor customer service skills. They knock on your door in the morning before checkout rudely saying are you leaving. They have very very poor customer Service skills. Red Roof this problem needs to be addressed immediately. I, really wish your housekeeping would learn English. It would make your guests stay better.

I would have preferred ground floor, but the elevator worked fine, and I didn't specify when I booked.

I really liked the property, the accommodations were great and clean. It was very helpful they had an elevator since my husband is on crutches.

One of the vending machines didn’t work.

This property has become one of my favorite properties and if I need somewhere to stay in the future, I will look here as one of my immediate choices.

Very good size room. The heat kept us warm in the room.

Overall we had a pleasant stay once we got to our room. But check in was a very slow, as well as check out. They only would take one customer at a time at the window. It seemed like they didn't care how long it took for the customer to check in ahead of us. There were 3 women in the office standing around talking, instead of taking the next person in line. in side at the counter. I travel a lot for business, and I could see the difference. How I am welcomed in other Hotels.

outside of the property was well maintained, workers were there daily painting and planting new plants. overall quiet at night, good lighting, lots of parking

The rooms are in need of up keeping. the comforter had a cigarette burn in it and the white bed sheets were very dinghy and yellowed. The ceiling had water damage with a small hole and what looked like mold starting.

Location price

They need a smoking section people smoking outside of their room and you've got to walk passed it to get to your room

The room was clean, the a/c worked, and the bed was comfortable

I was hoping there would be a refrigerator, oh well

Beds were comfortable to sleep in and the rooms were clean and it was a great location from family that I was visiting.

Lady at the front desk was rude and Goldie needs to work on her customer service, I was waiting for 10 minutes to be helped and asked if I could check in an hour early but she said rooms weren’t ready till 3pm but someone else got to check in early which made no sense, I am from out of town and was visiting family but the way I was treated I definitely won’t be staying here again. Oh and this place needs cleaner sheets that don’t have stains on them even after u wash them and they need to fix some of these door handles to the rooms.
