Love Ocean City Md Love beachfront, and the 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was very nice

The process of checking in and trying to get in the condo was absolutely horrible, did not like virtual check in, and we couldn't get into the condo when we got there and couldn't get into the condo Saturday evening after going out for dinner. Because of this I will not book there again which is ashame because I like the place, but give me a card to access the condo Thank you

ATTENTION NEEDED!! Handicap elevator in pool area not working again had to help my sister get my nephew down steps in his chair

Great location for the price! Up-to-dat'ish' i.e. if you squint your eyes it looks gorgeous but look close and things like the painted cabinets are not done well, walls and vents are worn. Lots of linens and toiletries included and the kitchen is very well stocked. Maybe could have used a larger pot and some covered pans. Great pool! Overall, a great deal for the time and location. We even extended our stay an extra 2 days, which was very easy to do thru the virtual front desk.

There wasn't much I didn't like per se, the electronic lock was a bit finicky and the pool was definitely not heated. The bed were a little squishy but didn't bother me, tho my wife was uncomfortable some nights.

Loved the view fabulous! Very equipped with everything you need, from cooking to cleaning the mess up to bathroom soaps and towels, all the bedding you need, laundry soaps for your clothes & what not was very private, very quiet the balcony was also very private. kitchen , living room & both bed and bath rooms were clean an bed made up nicely & they even folded the toliet paper lol loved my stay with kasa oc md will be back !

My only complaint I would have is that the floors were absolutely disgusting your feet were black within 5 min of taking off your shoes or getting out of the shower I swept the floor myself everyday being there because well sand an everything else but even when I checked in and it was just "cleaned" prior to me checking in the floor could absolutely NOT have been cleaned At all you could just feel all the dirt and see the blackness on your feet that would have to be my only complaint & they didn't have anything to actually clean the floors with other than a broom and dustpan .

It was really nice having a balcony and being able to access from both the living room and the master bedroom. It was right off the elevator so that was also convenient. The rooms were spacious. Would stay again.

I would have like a cooking sheet but was advised they would need purchased ourselves. With all the other kitchen items included you would think that would as well. We also had some issues with the coffee maker and since we can only contact people on website we were not able to cancel assistance in time to tell them we figured it out. That was a bit of an inconvenience.

Nice rooms with comfortable furniture. Can't beat the value of this hotel. We had a wonderful time!

You sold the building and we don't know if we will ever be able to go back there. We love it there!

We loved the rooms layout and the view of the beach was great, the location is beautiful and close to shopping , we tight it was a hotel but it turned out it’s a condo, everything was available in it and we didn’t need any extra things , we loved the washer and dryer but they were very loud and very old but did the job

The beds weren’t comfortable the mattresses needs changing , we sunk in it when we sleep and their was no staff on the property, the office downstairs was for different properties and any questions we asked she said call Kasa

Spacious and comfortable suite! We had plenty of room for our family of 5 in the 2 bedroom suite. We loved that it was right on the beach! We seen dolphins from our balcony in the morning and even the dune foxes! Kids loved the pool & hot tub. It wasn’t overcrowded at all. Heater for the pool was broken at the time of our stay, so it was on the colder side.

we liked the spaciousness of the room and the view was awesome. good location not too far from stores and the boardwalk was a 12-15 min drive. the check in & out process.

the room was near the garbage pickup (very loud) and too many flies (nothing to do with trash pickup that area was well maintained) not sure where they came from the room was clean.

We've been going to the marigot for few years now and the location is great, the place is more clean now under the new management and after the renovation than it was before and lots of things are more available like detergents, towels etc. The staff were very responsive and helpful.

The place needs more seatings like additional couches, chairs and couple more dinning chairs to fit 6-8 people as advertised. We usually take our coffee with us and we didn't know that the coffee machine changed into the capsule one as we drink lots of coffee:) so can be useful to highlight that or have additional regular coffee machine. A blender can also be handy for family with kids. Bathroom can use more hangers for the towels. Additional lighting can also be good.
