Graduation weekend at UMASS. Reasonably priced, 30 min from campus. Room appeared to have been recently painted. Clean. Comfy beds. Fridge in room. Small table with chairs. Plenty of outlets. Would definitely go back.

Not a problem for us, but there is no elevator. Staff offered to carry our bags. Make sure to communicate need for first floor at booking if this is something you will need

Excellent breakfast on week-ends. Change in management, slight changes for the better: the large room for breakfast that was previously locked outside of breakfast time is now open and has a nice seating area, addition of 2 low tables outside with fireplace , otherwise flowers are just as gorgeous. Lots to do in the area, local businesses re recovering from the pandemic, restaurant the Farm Table now reopened, as is the Northfiled Drive In movie theater.

Location was directly off of Rte I-91, easy peasy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and inviting. I picked up a pizza down the street and came back and ate outside on their patio set with random table and chairs next to the gazebo. Really nice!

There was no USB port to charge my phone as I forgot to bring the plug charger. Had my car charger with me that didn't help in the room. The walls are super thin. The guys next door were loud until very late. I'm also one that likes silence to fall asleep. Restaurants are 10-15 min away or just grab a pizza 1/4 mile down the street. I was way too tired to hunt down a restaurant.

Great location, great staff and super clean. Definitely not a cookie cutter chain motel. Unique design and the courtyard was very pretty despite the freezing cold weather. Was quite impressed with size and quality of the room fridge. (I travel a lot and sometimes cringe before using a room fridge at some motels). This is my new go to in this area. Popular with early rising snow boarders and ski buffs. Only downside was lack of choices for breakfast.

Just breakfast choices. otherwise great

The rooms are well appointed in beautifully maintained building and grounds. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the picture window that looked out on the lawn and woods, so very private too. There were all the basic necessities: coffee maker, fridge, hairdryer, ironing board, iron, etc, which was great. The Inn further impressed us by their transition to green energy and the recycling bins that they provided. The breakfast was the most extensive continental breakfast we have ever had and the host was friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend.

The walls are a bit thin, so we could hear everything the kids were saying next door. Thankfully, they went to bed around 10.30pm.

The staff was very accommodating. John was very nice, responsive and accommodating. The courtyard was beautiful with gorgeous flowers and plants. You could tell it was very well taken care of. We will stay there again for sure. Kathryn and Ava thank you John.

Very restful place, grounds well kept and clean.

I didn’t care for the smell of the room freshener used nor could we find where it was to remove it. We did get used to it after awhile but would ask about it next time because we would definitely come back again.

Very well kept, room was comfortable, staff friendly, and breakfast was good. Overall exceeded our expectations and experience with similar hotels.

Closer to Amherst College where my daughter goes to school…but obviously that is my problem not yours!

Room was clean and adequate. Large beds and plenty of pillows. Right off the interstate 91.

A bit dated. Bathroom was small and dated. appliances also a bit dated though worked well. TV was smallish and had a line running vertically. Still functioned ok.

Lovely property, nicely maintained and landscaped. Very nice open air courtyard great for relaxing outdoors amongst the inn’s trees, fire pit, and gardens. Conveniently located right off of the highway, on a very bucolic property. Management team of Carol and John were very nice and accommodating.

Chairs in the bedroom were not very comfortable.
