When our children come to visit, they fly in and out of Logan. The Hilton is the most convenient for access to the airport. It is not my preferred location, because once you get there, you are pretty much blocked in unless you want to drive somewhere, but the access to the airport is important.

I feel like the dinner restaurant knows that it has a captive audience. The food is mediocre and the price is exorbitant. The service was fine. The breakfast restaurant is also expensive, but the food is always hot and the service is excellent. I am basing this on close to ten years of using both restaurants, so it was not a one time thing.

This is the best if you have an early flight. It was a quick Uber into the city but then super fast and easy to get to the airport. They have a shuttle running 24/7 with a friendly driver. All the staff were very friendly. Our daughter had room service which was easy and we went into Boston and were in a great part of town in minutes. You can not hear anything as the rooms are sound proof. Great!

Really this met what we needed at all levels. We really have no complaints about staying here. They even came to the rental car location to pick us up when we called the hotel for a shuttle.

The room was basic and just for a few hours until my flight the next morning so I didn't expect anything fantastic. I choose this hotel because I had an early flight the next morning and the hotel was attached to the airport. Convenience was key for me.

The only problem I had was that there was no sufficient signage to explain where you needed to go to reach the sky bridge except for the desk person pointing up to the 2nd floor as if I knew what they were talking about. That would be my recommendation to the hotel. To make it completely obvious to the customers exactly where they need to go. Dummy proof the directions/instructions.

THE ROOM WAS DUSTY BY THE TV COUNTER ESPECIALLY THE COFFEE MAKER TRAY WITH ALL THE CREAMER , COFFEE POCKETS ,CUPS AND ETC - I DUSTED IT OFF -- AND I WAS COUGHING DUE TO DUST FROM THE COFFEE TRAY --- !HOUSEKEEPING NOT GOOD !!!!! -- BUT THE HILTON PARK PLAZA WHERE IVE STAYED FEW DAYS PRIOR TO MY STAY AT THE HILTON LOGAN airport ---DUE TO MY EARLY DEPARTURE WAS EXCELLENT APPARENTLY THE CLEANING PERSONNEL OF PARK PLAZA HILTON ARE ALL CHINESE AND DOES EXCELLENT WORK IN CLEANING THE GUEST ROOMS ! THE CHINESE ARE THE BEST HOUSKEEPING CLEANERS SO FAR SINCE I HAD BEEN STAYING ALMOST Yearly at park plaza hotel BOSTON . KUDOS TO THE PARK PLAZA HILTON HOTEL BOSTON !!!!!!!!

we arrived at a really bad time, late flight. So we were checking in at 2am. Shuttle bus was running but we had to call the hotel to get it sent round. Something to note. Staff at check in really helpful. Next day again staff good, coffee shop good, stored our bags really easily, Shuttle bus good to blue line for easy trip into Boston. So as a one day stop over on our way home it is a great location and suited us fine. We did pay a high price I think for a one night stay, but I guess the location was a priority for us.

all good but as said above price was high for basically 10 hours use of a room.

The hotel is an easy walk from Terminal E. Signs were clear in most cases. Electronic check in was very easy. The bed was comfortable, and the towels and linens were very nice. Leaving the next day to go to the car rental facility was also easy. There is no way to walk safely to the car rental facility, but the shuttle was only a few minutes wait just in front of the main door to the hotel.

Rooms have only 1 chair to sit in even when many travel in pairs or more. The shower was OK but not very nice. The shower curtain kept sticking to me in the shower because the space seemed very narrow especially for a walk in shower. I don't need a wheel chair, but it's hard to see how one could be rolled into the shower and not create a gigantic wet mess using the shower without the curtain. Coffee in the room was terrible.

Spacious and quiet room. Good free shuttle from United Terminal to hotel and to rental car lot next day. Restaurant open until midnight which was good for our late evening g arrival from California.

Food/drink in evening restaurant is pricey while breakfast was more reasonable. This is not hotel’s fault but skywalk to hotel from terminal A was not well marked in terminal B so we called for shuttle. The GPS walking route did not seem to capture skywalk. But whittle was quick to come for us at Terminal B

I was looking for a hotel that would be nearby the airport. It was my first time travelling through Boston Logan. I did not know a thing about the airport, but reading that the distance from the airport to the hotel would be approximately 400 metres, I was sold. I will admit that I was prepared for about anything, and the property absolutely exceeded my expectations. The rooms are incredibly spacious, the room temperature control is outstanding, and the bed was amazing. Fantastic shower pressure and temperature. Finally, I was able to walk through a tunnel from the airport all the way to the hotel, so that was a nice bonus. The bell person informed me that the bus shuttle would drop me off at Airport T station, which enabled me to travel to central Boston. 100/10, would stay here again, always.

I am supposed to write 3 sentences, but there is absolutely nothing I did not like. Perhaps the only thing was that the lady at the registration desk when I left was a little cranky but it was 3:00am and that's forgivable. Moreover, I also want to note that free coffee might be good too :)

Location to airport and having staff at the ready for your needs. We had skis, boot bags and the Concierge was more than helpful in storing and retrieving when we were ready. 24 hour service on shuttle that responds within minutes for airport pickup. The restaurant and bar was convenient with excellent service.

We were given a handicap accessible room but was not informed of that. It was just an overnight stay so no problem, but would have switched to another room if staying longer. Lyft is contracted with Hotel so be aware of that when arranging for trips to city.
