I booked 2 nights here as my husband was an emergency transfer to Beth Israel. I booked a junior suite as that was all available The room was nice, comfortable Bed, nice towels, not much in the way of dishes and cutlery even for 1 person. I had to extend my stay for 2 nights but had to move to a room with 2 queens. Bed was too soft for me. Both rooms had in room air conditioning which was noisy when switching on. Great location for hospital visiting. Parking at $25/night was a bonus Staff were great

The location was perfect as we were visiting the two nearby museums, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and the Museum of Fine Arts. The room was very compact, but everything we needed. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was excellent. My omelet was absolutely delicious, even enjoyed Bigelow tea. My husband's eggs, hash browns and toast equally delicious. And he enjoyed refilling his coffee cup! Staff was friendly and incredibly organized. I regret we didn't also have dinner at the restaurant. Parking was very convenient.

I hate modern furniture but that is okay as I was simply staying overnight.

80% of the staff were very good, friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable but I was given incorrect info for parking which cost me an extra $40 dollars...in addition, the bartender on Sunday evening in the Longwood Grille was anything but accommodating, he was impatient in taking our drink order and was sure to advise us a few times that he would be closing soon even though there were still several people enjoying f& b at the time, we certainly did not feel welcome

This hotel is always a great choice! We have stayed here several times. We visit Boston often as our daughter is a freshman at Emmanuel College, where she plays women's basketball. The hotels location is great, it's literally right around the corner from the College and the food court and pub on the 2nd floor are huge bonuses! The rooms are a great size and always very clean! Though the rates are comparable for the area, their a little pricey for us coming from Pennsylvania, so we are always extremely appreciative when the hotel extends special rates for different occasions at Emmanuel College through their partnership/friendship with Coach Andy Yosinoff! We are definitely looking forward to our next trip to Bosten in November!

There really isn't anything we don't like about this hotel. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean,.. the location is great! You don't even have to go outside for s bite to eat if you don't want too.. What more could you ask for?!

The location was unique in that it was right where I needed to be for the various appointments and procedures I had done at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. 

I thought it was not righteous amount of money to charge, but I understand that’s the going rate for that area. The worst part about it was the food from the associated restaurant I had four meals, three of them were through room service. It was probably the worst food I’ve had in a long time from any restaurant. But it was there and the room service was good. 

Went for a concert at Fenway, as a bonus went to the celtics parade- great location for both. Super convenient that we could check out but leave the car in the parking garage until after the concert.

AC was a little tough to control, it blew cold air in my forbade face so might, if we turned it down it was too humid.

This location is so convenient and right on top of all the medical places we need to be. Food and shopping right there on site.

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this hotel. It's so convenient and close to everything, that's why we keep coming back!

The cost was more than expected. As I had to be at the hospital very early Monday morning. The convivence was there for location, but I felt the expense was excessive.

The room setup was better than I expected, I liked that there was a refrigerator and microwave, because I wasn't expecting that in the room. I also enjoyed the room service, even though it was pricey, it was worth it after a long traveling day. I also enjoyed the restaurant downstairs. The staff, especially Beatriz and Yves were especially pleasant and very helpful to my family and I.

Perfect location. It was so quiet on the floor at all hours. It seemed as though we were the only ones there even though the hotel was totally booked. Food court was a plus as well as Starbucks across the street. Only 15 minutes walk to fenway.

The double parking in the garage and the card to get out of the garage didn’t work. The attendant said he couldn’t help-only the hotel could. Scrambling in and out of hotel a few times with cars behind me waiting to exit was nerve wracking. It still didn’t work so he felt sorry for me and just let me go.
