The location to my daughter is perfect. She lives across the street. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was remarkably clean. I own a cleaning business and would love to have employees attentive to detail as yours.

Pricey per night. The continental breakfast is expensive, and it should be free with the room. The things I would change inside the room is: there was shampoo and body lotion inside the shower. Maybe have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I could have used that. The bar soap doesn't lather well or rinse easily.

I loved the room and location. We found it very easy to get to the train and was in a nice location to fenway park which is why we were there

Breakfast was not included, for the price of the room it seemed a little much. We did not purchase breakfast from the onsite restaurant. parking was an additional fee, and the cost of the room in general was very high. The price of rooms in Boston are typically extremely high but this was a bit more than I expected.

The front desk staff were professional and friendly. I appreciated that we dodn't have to wait in line to check out (there were 2 people at the desk).

The A/C unit (fan) in the room was very loud and blew air forcefully and was cold, alternating with the room getting too warm. In other words, it alternated between too warm and cold, and was loud. Not sure if anything could be done about that but otherwise a very nice place to stay. The hotel parking was ridiculously expensive.

I'm kinda a germophobe lol, so I was pleased at how clean our room was! Exceeded expectations. Very comfortably appointed room and bathroom. The two women working the front desk were professional, gracious, helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for better service. Room is well insulated from city noise and we couldn't hear neighbors or hallway noise at all. Will def stay here again when going to another rock concert or ballgame at Fenway Park! We enjoyed an easy 20 minute walk to the show at historic Fenway and didn't have to deal with the subway, although that's a convenient option as well.

The AC in the room was a bit loud, but it was white noise which I actually didn't mind!

The location was perfect. Close to many of the friends and family I was visiting, with many restaurant options to choose from. The location was beautifully surrounded by natural landscape. I felt very safe.

My visit was short, and unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy all the hotel and location had to offer. I'm looking forward to enjoying the pool and spa at my next visit. Parking was advertised as being available on site. However, the wording should clarify that parking is available for a nightly fee.

The hotel is great and you all work very hard. As we are senior citizens, when we arrived at the entrance in our taxi there was not an offer to see if we needed help, which I would have appreciated. As it was we managed once I saw the carts for bags, but someone could have welcomed us. Also really did not like the fact that I had booked through booking.com and when we went to cancel our last night as plans had changed, at first they said we were not eligible to do so. It turns out we were eligible but we had to defend ourselves mightily several times.

Property informed that I should have booked directly as they would have given a discount as my husband was having surgery at Mass Brigham General . So they gave me breakfast for one day. Also they provided free shuttle to hospital. All staff were pleasant and kind.

Close enough to Fenway to walk. Nice neighborhood. Clean area. Nice people and staff. Restaurant was good. Small menu but still good choices. Pool is small but nice and warm.

Our only issue was parking. Only option is valet. It’s understandable given the location but quite expensive. Had to leave our car in the street waiting for the valet to park it as there was only one guy on duty. If it’s the only option it should be included in the price.

Convenient to hospitals. Great to have shuttle to hospitals. Drivers very accommodating and friendly. Restaurant staff friendly.

Noisy air conditioner. Difficult to maintain room ambient air comfort. No paper nor writing items. Flashing alarm light in room 24/7. Noisy portable air filter.

I liked the location, accessible to longwood area (main hospitals in Boston). Shops and restaurants are all within a walking distance. Swimming pool and free wifi are good facilities which increase our entertainment. The hotel environment is very convenient with positive vibes. The front desk staff Baba and Ruth thankfully understand our situation as a couple with kids and did their best to provide us a connected rooms which really increase our comfort as a family with kids. All the staff are very friendly, smiling all the time, doing their best to accomodate our requests any time. Special thanks to cress who made my little daughter feel happy when ever we passed by the lobby by his great sense of humor. I recommend this for family with kids, I am sure they will enjoy it.

They don't have luggage personnel, and houskeeping are done by requests. However, when we asked for houskeeping one day before, it was scheduled and done perfectly.
