The buffet dinner was fantastic! A huge assortment and everything was delicious. There were a lot of fun things for kids to do even outside the water. The staff was very friendly, and everyone was helpful with a big smile. The room was clean and well equipped.

Every activity other than the water parks was pretty expensive. Even just playing in the arcade used up a lot more money than I anticipated. One of the parts of the waterpark is under construction and currently closed. It cost $15 to park in an outdoor parking lot that’s part of the property. For what you pay once you’re inside, I would think they would give you free parking, particularly since it’s not a garage or covered lot.

The constant events happening in the lodge, and the water park! Ability to bring in food and drinks and not have to spend an additional arm and leg for food. We didn’t get to experience some things because of how young/ short our daughter is but we are looking forward to another trip next year!

The staff were amazing from the front desk to dinning to entertainment and support. They were all so sweet and helpful. We love the environment and the energy. It’s always a great time when we visit. It’s always so clean and we love the aroma that fills the halls. The activities especially the dance party are a blast and the snow is the icing on the cake!

We had a hard time with is getting in the room using the wristbands. It was not easy to open the room door. It took 1 to 2 mins to get in. The other disappointment was that we were not told in advance that this location is cashless. We brought cash with us then told we could not use it and that credit cards only are to be used. Someone should have said that to us prior to arriving. All the emails that were sent to me prior to arrival did not. It posed a problem because we took out cash for this trip and could not use it.

Water park hours are good, cleanliness is good, staff is typically very friendly

The elevator situation is ridiculous. One was down during our stay but even with all 4 running it takes at least 10-15 minutes to actually be able to get on one

Only nitpick was that my room wasn’t ready until almost 5. I requested early check in because I have a 1.5 year old that was missing a nap already, so every minute got a little harder to wait.

Traveled with my three kids. Accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the room had amenities that we needed (like wifi, fridge, microwave). Staff was great. Water park was lots of fun - that's where we spent most of our time. Extra attractions were a bit pricey, but pretty much what we expected. All in all, a great stay.

If the extra attractions were cheaper, we might have done more. But overall really no complaints.

If i pay for stay at the hotel why i neeed doing a long line in the water attraction. I think they must separate the rows, the same the parking area must have priority to those who stay. Put more than 1 person care the tube area
