This booking was a last minute decision to stay, we are very thankful that we picked this hotel! The value for money was incredible and the staff was very accommodating and pleasant! We had a microwave issue and the microwave was replaced in 10 minutes. Don’t be fooled by the outside of the hotel as the inside is beautiful! We would definitely return in future trips to Massachusetts!

The only recommendation not a dislike at all would be to partition the balcony’s per room.

Looks sketchy from outside . Inside is really nice.There are new owners and they are redoing the whole place. Room was immaculate. Newly renovated. Comfy beds and pillows Could use a couple of chairs. Owner came and met us and texted her number if there were any problems Had refrigerator, microwave coffee pot. Some of the thickest towels I have ever used.Location was perfect for a family affair 30 minutes away. We are from Maine but all our family is in Mass. We will stay here the next time we need to be in Mass.

Liked the modern renovation in the room and the bathroom. The pinpad entry into the room and the process of getting access to the room.

Both the coffee maker and the microwave were not working. The bed next to the window was making strange metal sounds because of the metal base and metal mattress frame. The entry door let in all the sounds from the corridor because it did not close tightly and not really a commercial grade needed for noise suppression.

3 things make a hotel stay nice for me. How clean the facility is. Linens and how comfortable the bed is. First the room and bath were SO clean, 5 star hotel bath linens.....so nice. The beds were comfy. The hotel doesn't look like you would expect it's small but that's ok with me. They are a pleasant surprise. I have already booked for my next trip.

This hotel is under new ownership and they’re putting a lot of effort into making positive changes. Our room was freshly renovated, and everything was wonderful. The room was spotless, and the bed was more comfortable than mine at home. Nice sheets and towels, new flooring and fixtures in the bathroom. And the staff and owner were very friendly. The self check in was a nice touch as well.

Great location, clean room and free snacks.

I know pets are allowed, but the dogs bark all day and night, making it impossible to sleep. I had to use earplugs. I would advise reconsidering the policy. Also, please add some tables in the rooms as there’s no place to sit and eat.

The quiet, comfort of the room was just what I needed. The staff ready to supply with with extra creamers for the coffee.

These are very small suggestions to consider: wooden stirrers for the coffee; a small chair.; a place for recyclables.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and check in was easy. Clean, convenient for where I needed to go.

It’s clear that this property is undergoing some improvements. The room was clean and comfortable, but the outside could use some love.

The staff checked in to see how things were going and if we needed anything. The process was super easy and the room was perfect. We enjoyed the morning sun on the front deck. The room was up to date and looked great!

This was a fantastic find. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff were exceptional! they were so helpful and went out of their way to be accomodating. I would thoroughly recommend this Hotel.
