There was no breakfast except delicious espresso/ lattes and amazing pastries for purchase in the lobby. ( off season) It’s very clean and very quality decor. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff and friendly. The restaurant with outdoor porch/courtyard seating is great summer scene. Adorable vibe. Super location in the heart of town. Walk from the ferry. Quintessential ACK charming and high end but small and “cozy”

The rooms are a little sparse. You must buy provisions in off-season as the restaurant isn’t open (at least on Sunday and Monday.) There is however a fridge in the room. Window AC and heat unit. Some rooms have shared bath. I opted for the fully private suite which was small but very clean and cute. (Waterworks bath fixtures and great textiles.)Super cute place but would love an in-room nespresso, charging for iPhone, and an extra blanket. Nice surprises of drinks in the little fridge tho!

the logistics of the room lack of privacy windows were street level the bed and armoire practically touch poor lighting strange bathroom shower door should slide not open in such a small corridor no replenishment of mini bar items or glassware no drawers

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Courtyards were delightful and relaxing. Location was excellent, we walked and biked everywhere—no car needed!

Housekeeping wasn’t able to get to our room until mid-afternoon. Not a huge deal and room was very clean and comfortable.

The decor was very charming and the location was perfect! It was a lovely hotel to stay. It was great that complimentary bikes were available, as well as a coffee and tea bar.

We felt that some of midday staff could have been more client-forward.

Good chef excellent food. Great location in town. Comfortable bed. Use of bikes for touring the island. Helpful staff.

Our room was cramped. It was located near the kitchen so lacked privacy. We needed to keep the blinds down which made the experience gloomy.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous! The hotel staff, restaurant staff and bartenders are all wonderful. From Sam at the bar, to Bobby in the restaurant, we had the BEST holiday weekend. We will be back 100%. 6 Stars!

Property is perfectly located in the center of town.

Our heater was not working. They did put in a space heater to make up for the non-functioning heater.

The overall style of the hotel was beautiful but in the rooms it felt too packaged, like a Best Western. The bed was very comfortable. Free bike use was great! The food at dinner was pretty amazing but it came with a ridiculously high pricetag.

Some of the decor felt like it was impersonating genuineness- like HomeGoods. But it was very pretty overall. $$$ for small quarters.

The bathroom sink was too tiny, no shelves or room to put toilet treats. Also it was the location of the room, the room was above the kitchen and bar. On Saturday (our first night) they had a DJ playing music till 1am making our windows to vibrate as well as the floor. We couldn't sleep that night till 2am. They never took any ownership.

The room was very cute, the bed was very comfortable!

It was a little noisy underneath me, sounded like dish wear. I assume it’s just the old building and it really didn’t bother me.
