The hotel was recently completely renovated and it shows. It's really clean, bright and adorable. Our room was very comfortable and we loved having a refrigerator and microwave (though some basic utensils and plates/bowls would be welcome). The pool area is really pretty and the pool itself is fantastic: clean, not overly chlorinated, and a great temperature. The staff is friendly and responsive, especially to texts which made things really easy. And the free shuttle service to the other Pelham properties was the icing on the cake. The driver was so friendly and helpful and you never had to wait more than a few minutes. It was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go from the location, even though the hotel itself wasn't in an especially walkable area.

Our bed for some reason was really squeaky. We'd wake each other up when we rolled over. Can't think of any other negatives.

I did not know there was breakfast, so we went to a breakfast place that was great. The location was perfect for everything and will definitely return.

The floor in the room felt sandy and we were not at the beach because our stay was only for two days. I think it needed to swept with the soft dry swifter broom. I walked barefooted in the room and my feet got really black i had to wash them. Everything else was excellent.

Accommodations were nice, well-equipped, and clean. It looks like it has been recently renovated, so no surprises! It was a last-minute booking as I was in town for a party nearby, so it was really just a place to sleep for me. The weather was awful so I didn't use any of the facilities beyond my room.

Nothing bad to say. Upon checking in I was told that there isn't anyone physically there overnight (but there is a number you can call). So if there is a chance you would arrive late, I'm not sure how this would impact checking-in.

Hotel was recently remodeled. Pool area was very nice. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Used the main Pelham House Resort beach which was very nice. There is a shuttle that runs from hotel to main resort.

Outside sitting area near pool closed at 8:00 so there was nowhere to sit and have a drink or chat. Understandable though since they’re were lovely rooms overlooking pool area.

Property was very clean and nicely remodeled rooms were clean outdoor pool is in backyard setting very nice. Went to dinner at pelham sister property one of the best dinners I have had on the cape gone to most of them.

Lobby hours are a bit off no management there I think after 11pm. Lobby could use some amenities, parking lot a bit small

Very atractive overall! Loved the pool! loved the room! They let us stay in the pool after hours and we were able to get a late check out w/o an extra fee! All of the staff we encounterd were very nice! They thought of everything.

Only one negative experience to mention is the walls were so thin we could hear snoring in the next room.

We liked that the rooms were very clean and remodeled recently .The pool and the grounds were very nice.

You can't change the location, but the location wasn't very appealing, and there's not much in the local vicinity, but certainly within driving distance. (Restaurants, entertainment, etc.)

Did not have breakfast. Price seemed outrageous after paying over $300 dollars for the room!

No restaurant or pub on property. Also shuttle for Pelham house did not run on Friday or Saturday!! That doesn’t seem fair.

What’s not to love about this place! The rooms were excellent extremely clean and spacious! The welcoming staff was undoubtedly the best. Anything we needed during our stay was always provided with a smile and cheerfulness. The response to anything was alway “ It is our pleasure!” We we’re truly spoiled during our stay and would definitely return to this place anytime.

The tour bus was a small inconvenience being that it was parked so close to our room. The noises from the bus running and such. However there was limited parking for them.
