The bed was comfortable and not too high off the floor. Some other places a need a ladder to get into the bed. The room and the rest of the facility was neat and clean.

The description of the breakfast on the paper in the room said the breakfast is from 6 am to 10 am. That must be an old paper. At some point the breakfast hours were changed from 6 am to 9 am, and the paper was not updated. We missed the breakfast the first morning.

Zankhana (Zee) who check me in was terrific. She was so friendly, polite and helpful. Every time I was near her she would talk to me. There was a problem with my check in. Booking.com use part of my first name as my last name. Zee took time to find me, looking through all the name on her list. It wasn't her fault for the problem but she still apologized to me.

I liked everything.

We like it so much that we spent two nights and returned again for another night. It was just a perfect location on our way to see the solar eclipse in northern New England and to visit relatives in the Springfield area. We often use Best Western because they do have high standards and we are platinum members of their reward program.

I had no dislikes.

Room was great - clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choices including fresh fruit and yogurt (and didn't try the pancake machine but they smelled great when someone else made one and I wish I would have tried one!) Staff was super friendly and helpful - even other hotel guests were friendly. I felt very safe - important as I was traveling alone.

Room was a bit stuffy - and I could hear traffic noise, but it wasn't at all bad and did not keep me from sleeping.

Great location, comfortable beds, clean room, and bathroom.

A little outdated and the bathroom, though clean at first sight, could use deep cleaning (light switches, doors). But I used to work at a hotel, and I am picky. Breakfast could be much better.

Loved having Both a refrigerator and a microwave. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful.

I know that this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but the town planners really need to get their act together. The access road going one way in each direction ,with few turns ,is a nightmare in accessing the hotel. This is a reason to discourage staying at this hotel. Access is a pain!

Super clean room and fresh laundered towels. All areas, front lobby, hallway and rooms were clean, vacuumed, and had a pleasant smell. Front desk staff was super friendly, and had a few laughs with them.

Only thing that we were slightly dissapointed with was 1 of the 2 matresses in our room, was a bit lumpy and not nearly as comfortable as the other 3 in the 2 rooms we rented. I slept on that one, and while not horrible, was a tad uncomfortable.

Friendly front desk staff, easy check in and out, quiet room, great water pressure in the shower, great fridge in room to store perishables, easy place to stay off the highway when splitting up a very long drive

This property was exactly what was expected and needed. It allowed us to hook up with family from other locations and get together. It is conveniently located and the cost was reasonable for the area. Breakfast was adequate. This hotel is a good value!

Room was a bit small even though it was adequate. Otherwise, it was very good and we had a nice stay. Would stay here again if everything remained the same.
