The; room was extremely clean, and well decorated. We had a king size bed, and there was also a sofa bed in the room. The bathroom shower head provided one of the best showers I have ever had! Our friends were staying in the second room I rented, and they commented on the shower head also. There was a refrigerator and microwave under the counter by the bathroom, which were convenient to have. I liked that the sink and mirror were outside of the toilet/shower room. The bed was so comfortable, and the pillows were wonderful, which made for a great night’s sleep. We felt the price of the hotel was quite reasonable for the quality of the room. I booked the hotel over a month in advance through booking.com.

Breakfast was not included in the price. However, we found a terrific restaurant that was only about two miles away. It had great ratings, and we could see why after eating there.

Booking.com said I could upgrade my room for a small fee but Sonesta didn't get the correct price booking.com stated. However Bob at the front desk took a look at my reservation and adjusted my price to what it was supposed to be. Great customer service. The room was very nice and the courtyard. The room had a microwave and refrigerator which is great. Clean bathroom and comfortable beds. I will stay again at Sonesta property again

Could of used an extra blanket but we just adjusted.the temp in the room.

The staff was very attentive to all our needs, they were very nice on both shifts. It was nice and clean in the pool area and the whole facility was clean. I will return with my family again. The room service was quick and the vending area was nice and clean I really had a great experience. I even sat in the lounge area and watched a few of my shows. Best experience I've had in a while. I totally chose the right place to stay for my birthday weekend.

No complaints EVERYTHING WAS VERY VERY NICE AND CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS ON POINT TO ASSIST

The room was very clean as were the public spaces. The public areas were very pleasant and inviting. The room had a desk on wheels that could be moved around or stored under the traditional desk. The bedding was nice and the bed very comfortable.

The height of the toilet was very low. The back parking lot was poorly lit.

Convenient access to restaurants, Great Lakes Crossing, Chrysler headquarters etc... Hotel sits right off of busy I-75 which is a cool effect for me, but could be a little loud for some. Staff was awesome and helpful. Good value for sure.

Rooms didn't have a microwave which was a bummer, but didn't mind going to lobby to use it. Toilets seem to flush rather slow and had one back up on us. I asked to use the plunger and got the job done!

Pretty strict on what you’re allowed to do outside in the social area, I understand it’s a hotel but we were the only ones out there and there didn’t seem to be anyone upset about us playing yard games

The hotel was nice, but what really stood out for me was the staff. My mother became extremely ill while staying there, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. After spending the night in the emergency room, I was expecting to come back to the chaos we left the room in after the EMS took my mother to the hospital. Not only was the room spotless, but the staff left me a sweet note of support and encouragement. It meant the world to me. They suggested a late check out because we were unsure when Mom would be released. I later extended my stay when it looked like she was being admitted. It was late in the evening when I ended up having to return home. Even though they could have, they did not charge me for the day. They were supportive and caring and made what was a devastating trip a little bit easier. I can't thank them enough.

Everything was clean and the beds were very comfy. The bathroom was very clean and loved the balcony.

I didn't appreciate the attitude of the guy I checked in with. Basically he was a jerk about the 100.00 deposit that I was not aware of. He was rude and said he could cancel my reservation if I have a problem. Not good customer service at all!

The facility was a surprise when we walked in. So clean and the staff was very quick to greet us and let us know they would be with us as soon as they were done with the guest before. They pointed out special amenities and gave clear instructions for our room and out stay. The room was perfect. It had everything we needed.

We had an excellent weekend at Sonesta Select. Was such a relaxing environment that we really needed and very much appreciated. The staff was excellent, very kind, and on point. The room was very comfortable, clean, & as described. The entire property was well kept and welcoming. Waking late and hitting the pool, that we surprisingly had all to ourselves was a perfect to start our weekend. We have nothing but good things to say about our stay. We will be back when returning to the area.
