Room was very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfy. Great they had breakfast included that had scrambled egg, sausage, bagels, muffins, cold cereals, waffles, and more. The facility was accommodating when I contacted them about traveling alone with my children(first time lol) if we could get a ground floor near the breakfast and entrance. The breakfast ladies were amazing and so kind.

Only issue was the ice machine across from us leaking but maintenance was right on it trying to get it fixed and drying it up and that was not any fault of their own.

Hotel staff was amazing. They let us move rooms last minute so we could keep an eye on the truck and trailer. Breakfast was great with a variety of things to choose from. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Quiet area, and we will be staying there again!

Honestly the only change I would like to see is the shampoo, conditioner and body wash combo.

The location was great close to restaurants and shopping. The rooms were nice size. The mini fridge kept drinks cold. The shower had nice water pressure which is rare in most hotels. The rooms were for the most part were sound proof, but there seemed to be only adults so if there were children I can't say if that would still be true. The staff was pleasant. The rooms and hotel were exceptionally clean.

The elevator was slow and extremely hot. Wish the breakfast was served later than 9am. The pool water was cold, needed repainted, and was only 3ft with one small section at 4ft. 3 floors and only ice and vending machine on the first floor.

Bit inconvenient if reliant on other people with cars, but that's a personal problem. Not too big a fan of the breakfast, would've wished for yoghurts to be offered on weekdays as well.

Excellent, it was hot and freshly made eggs and sausage. Refilled often. The best of probably the last 10 hotels that I stayed at.

Had problems with opening the door to the parking lot. My door card only worked about half the time on that door.

staff was friendly and very accommodating, given that we arrived at 3 am (I called and notified about it the day before). They have a pool and it looks great although we didn't have time to try it out. Breakfast was okay, we didn't leave hungry. Beds were comfortable, the room was clean and it was very quite.

Beware!!! Everything was absolutely perfect. The beds were comfortable and the staff was courteous but they will not refund your money if you have to check out 2 days early.

Beware.... We checked out 2 days early and could not get credit back to the account. When trying to navigate or find out how to get the refund for the 2 days that we did not stay, no one could help me or give me answers. It's really disturbing to be charged for something that we did not get to use and that I am sure they rented to someone else. As a business owner, I value my customers and their satisfaction. I will not be using booking.com or staying with this hotel again.

I mostly loved the night attendant Adam. They were so awesome, great conversation and very friendly and helpful. I couldn't of been more happy. A last minute reservation at Quality Inn due to a cancelation of another site * this hotel wasn't a lake house of course but was every bit just as nice

Our second night there my group as well as other guest had been getting disturbed by some unruly teen boys left alone obviously drunk and/or high. And nothing was done to control the situation. There wasn't any adult supervision which I find kinda weird where we're the parents? Not a huge selection for breakfast just some muffins and cereal. But otherwise was a great stay

Checked in later in the evening. Was greeted with a smile and a fantastic attitude. Excellent customer service. Room was clean and very comfortable. Very quiet. Pool looked amazing. Sad we didn't get to use it.

I have trouble sleeping when out of town anyway, but our bed was not very comfortable. Could have used a mattress topper! Not terrible but just not too comfortable.
