We loved the staff at the front desk and the property was clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was very nice. Large variety of everything. And the dining room attendants were super nice and accommodating.

We arrived on a Friday and checked out on the following Wednesday. It says every three days housekeeping would come in to replace towels and sheets. We had no housekeeping the whole time. Even though I asked for clean towels and the garbage emptied twice while we were there. I had to get garbage bags from the front desk and let the garbage pile up under the sink. I’m hoping this was just an oversight or poor communication. Because we loved staying here and want to come back again. It would have been okay if there were somewhere to hang towels to dry. They did not dry in the bathroom.

The room and bed were very comfortable, and the hot breakfast was a great plus! Loved the location and easy access to shopping, restaurants, and downtown Grand Haven (and, of course, the wonderful Lake Michigan shoreline). Parking was very convenient, as were the pool and other amenities. Will stay here again!

Even though the room was kept at a nice temperature, the bed was right next to the wall heater and the window curtain kept floating up on the bed, which was a bit annoying at times. Perhaps using little weights to keep the curtains down might help. Just a thought.

Everything. I got a good deal on a room for $66 at the last minute. The place was decorated very nicely for Halloween/fall. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast had tons of options. The hotel and hot tub were both very clean. Comfortable bed. The bed linens were very comfortable. Dove supplies in the bathroom 10/10!!

There is nothing negative that I could say. One thing that might bother some people was there was no clock in the room. But I didn’t care about that. I had my telephone to use as an alarm.

I was concerned by the reviews, but we were very comfortable and pleased. Nice little spot to take the dog out, there is a sidewalk up front so we went on a nice walk. We are used to busier roads so that didn't bother us. Breakfast was as expected, they had a cool pancake machine the kid liked. The room was a good size, sink outside the washroom which I prefer so we can multi-task. We were there for a beach wresting tournament and will book there again next year.

If I didn't mind stairs, I would ask for 1st floor as there is no elevator.

The hotel was conveniently located not far from the state park. The facility was clean. They offered breakfast in the morning, which was your standard hotel breakfast. My party enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The bad was comfortable with clean New bedding, and nice fluffy pillows. Shower worked well. Property had a refrigerator in the room. It’s just a major plus.

Property was overpriced for a holiday weekend. Property was rather loud you could hear people walking above us. Area of the hotel is very busy, high traffic roads

Interacted with four staff members and they were all four pleasant. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room was clean and comfortable. No sign of any vagrants hanging around.

If it was my hotel I would probably take care to upgrade the coffee another couple of levels. And the eggs were subpar. Two fundamentals I would take care to make better.

I love that they have a hot tub and a swimming pool. Breakfast was decent.

I don't like that they take a $100 deposit For incidentals and it was pending for 48 hours and they still took the hundred and I'm still waiting for them to give it back. It's been 3 days. I don't understand that. they can immediately check the room the next day to see that nothing's wrecked or taken. Seems like they could stop the pending and not take it.

Breakfast was nice, with a good amount of options, my only complaint was the OJ seemed off/watered down it didn't taste the best but was tolerable. No experience in the pool but it always had people in it during my stay. The room was nice, I like that the sink was outside of the shower/toilet would be nice if there were two one in and one outside. I really liked th height of the cabinet under the tv that housed the fridge, a nice flat surface, and high up for no little hands.

You have to tell people you don't have an elevator when booking. I booked a deal with 2-Queens on the second floor not knowing, then had to find the customer service info for booking.com so they could make arrangements with the hotel for a ground-floor room if one was available. I then had to pay a higher price for that room.

The room was clean and up to date! The bathroom was filled with 4 towels!!! The bed was comfortable and nice and pretty! The breakfast had a nice variety of foods. We did not use the pool, so I don't know about this. I wish we could have stayed longer! Also it looked like the outside had been recently painted and there were some great murals of beach scenes.

There was nothing that I didn't like! It was just fine.

Loved that the pool was open late. My kids had such a good time and we weren't limited to early pool times. The continental breakfast was amazing, way more than i expected.

The only thing I could possibly critique is the heater in the room. It was hard to get it to a comfortable temperature. It was either very hot, or very chilly. But we were fine!
