The room was super clean and comfy. It had been recently renovated, so everything was pretty immaculate. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it. They even had a small game room for the kids off of the pool. They were pet friendly and had treats available for the doggos at check in. The bed was very comfortable and even had a variety of pillows to choose from if you prefer soft or firm ones. I liked that the lamps had USB ports. The water pressure from the shower was A+ and the water stayed hot throughout. They had a small continental breakfast buffet. The price was great.

Though the room had been recently renovated, it was definitely done by an amateur and wasn't the most pretty thing to look at (mostly in the bathroom.) (Large gobs of caulk and tiling and corners not being cut flush) The pictures online showed a waffle bar and the kids were looking forward to the waffles for breakfast, but they didn't have them available, so my kids were a little disappointed. The bathroom sink area was fairly tiny and if a family of 3 or bigger were to stay there for longer than a day or two, it would be pretty cramped to fit eveyone's toothbrushes and toiletries on it.

For the price, this was great! We were planning to camp, but it was pouring out, so we looked for a safer option. The staff was super nice, efficient, and helpful. I can't believe how nice the place was for under $70. Plus, a very decent bathroom with excellent products.

Walls are thin and any noise came through. But this did not bother us.

It was in a good location for me. I felt safe. I will stay there again next month. The room was clean and completely clean. The heat worked very well. The employees were very knowledgeable. They were very nice.

Breakfast was lacking and no pool, no elevator, no ADA rooms, confusing lay out of hotel and parking, only one area for soda, snacks and ice.

The location was perfect the price was great compared with other hotels in the area and had breakfast included and a pool. Staff were very nice room was clean and comfortable. They had a fire pit for guests to have a campfire

Parking lot was very bright if u like to sleep in the dark but I liked that for security reasons

The hotel is very well located 40 minutes away from Pictured rocks and many hiking trails and waterfalls. Downtown Marquette itself is beautiful and just a quick car ride away maybe 10 minutes. The area's beaches are exceptional. Also within walking distance from the hotel, there are restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and even a dollar store. Our room size was ok the beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean, except for the carpet, especially the linens. I can tell they really disinfected them. The staff was nice and accomodating they answer our requests quickly. Overall great place to stay.

There was a lot of foot traffic around our room probably because we were next to the ice machine. You could hear people talking and children running around and of course the ice machine. Because of Covid, there was no housekeeping so we had to put the trash and towels outside our door. But they did pick it all up quickly and replaced towels with clean ones. My real complaint would be the carpet. It was very dirty and stained. I was also kind of concern about the backdoor entrance there is no security there, it would be easy for anyone to just walk in.

Everything was well other than the wifi would NOT connect to our laptops. Both my children got sinus infections tho after swimming in the pool & water getting up their noses.

That the wifi was not the best & they only offer (free wifi), nothing secure or consistent that the laptops would not connect to.

Hotel Wi-Fi seemed to struggle to provide adequate bandwidth to have a meeting on Zoom. Dropped from the call four times and when I was in the call the audio and video were extremely choppy and hard to endure. The offering of free Wi-Fi was greatly appreciated though.

Friendly staff, clean roim, close to downtown beveeythibg I needed.

Two things. Room size was fine, but the bathroom was a little too snug. Tight squeeze between the door and the toilet. Also, TV was too complicated. Got in late, wanted to watch local news and I was presented with instructions far too fussy for a tired traveler.

I could control the heat/ cool. Shower was warm.

Thought they would bring clean towels, as I was staying 3 days.
