My boyfriend had a wonderful stay here all because of Laura! We came to town for a wedding and we arrived earlier than the check-in time, but were in a crunch as the wedding would start around close to the time of check-in. That would leave us very little time to get ready and go. Thankfully, Laura checked us in and was able to accommodate us, even upgrading us to a nicer room. She was so, so kind and she seems to be the spirit of the place (she decorated the lobby nicely for the Halloween holiday). The place was nice and clean and had all the little amenities you would need for travel. Breakfast is included and it had solid options, unlike others. We so appreciated this stay. If we are ever in town again, we would stay here.

Location to family we were visiting. Room amenities. Proximity to many dining venues.

No direct access to hotel parking area from both sides of the street. Had to make a U-turn just past the hotel to get to the entrance. Traffic coming from a side street made making the turn tricky.

Very clean. The breakfast was a typical hotel buffet breakfast but everything was very well stocked and lots of choices. They even had warm cookies in the lobby when we checked in. Also thought the beds were very comfortable. The heater worked great which is important in January in Minnesota.

Breakfast was great! Location is awesome - within walking distance of everything you could want. Keys Cafe right next door has the best food for great prices and you can get a discount at Keys Cafe when you stay at Country Inn! The staff were all so friendly and helpful -- i appreciate that so much.

It was nice and quiet third floor had nice outdoor breeze with windows that opened! Convenient for our need. When we needed extra blankets they were immediately provided. Also appreciated no daily maid service! Wish the tv had PBS!

The hotel was located 5 minutes away from lakeside park, great for the 4th of july to watch fireworks as well as plenty restaurants around to choose from

Both of the TVs in our room were broken both refused to turn on even when plugged in, as well as the pool was freezing almost impossible to use

Flying back from Arizona with a stop at Mall of America and heading to Grand Rapids. Wanted to get out of Twin Cities so chose Forest Lake. A helpful, pleasant person at desk for check in. It was clean, easy to find and also had a good breakfast selection.

Was with my granddaughter and she was disappointed that the pool was not open. It is a much older facility than expected but well kept.

We really enjoyed the spa. The location was perfect as we were close to 35 and 8. liked that Key's was right next door. Appreciated the late check-out.Everyone was very kind!

Great location off 35. Keys Cafe next door with 10% off for hotel guests who show keycard Hotel & room were clean, quiet. Staff friendly & helpful.

Bed a bit saggy. Carb heavy breakfast. No eggs.

I've stayed here before and have always had a very pleasant experience. The staff is always very polite and helpful.
